Every time I visit this place I am treated very well. The front desk associate 'Ingrid' always goes above and beyond to make sure everything with my reservation is set up correctly. The staff is great, just make sure you call 15 minutes in advance for Valet. The only con I have is that the sheets on one of my bed's were dirty.
Thank you for the winderful service provided by front desk staff truly thank you whitney and horacio for the excellent treatment and woow what a marvelous location resort and beach we see alot of changes and they look great we are excited for this trip
