The bathrooms are closed. This is very frustrating. Excellent food, clean, good service. The big problem is the closed bathrooms.

Customer service is very poor. your greeted with an attitude and when you say how it was unprofessional the way your treated you get curse out worst place to eat. I don't like this location the staff I had that attended to me like she's the manager has poor customer service skills how you going to service and prepare some one food attitude that too recipe don't go together. TERRIBLE PEOPLE WORK HERE, MANAGERS INCLUDED. I have NEVER been somewhere I waited 35 MINUTES WITH TWO CARS IN LINE then the staff is really rude to you amd gives you the wrong food. If I could give them zero stars I would!!! Older lady with dreads (could not get her name) was working on the shift December 20th at 11:49pm. She was very rude and hostile in the drive thru. She was stating her and the shift crew are done working for the night 11 minutes before 12am? Is a new policy?! She refused to take our order. We had to literally beg her to make fries, she ended up making them then told us we came "last minute". Very disgusting service

I went to get a kid's meal since I had a coupon for a Whopper I ordered a Whopper the old lady with the gold teeth and dread wanted to charge me extra because I did not tell her I had a coupon before pulling to the window she was rude even I tell her I did not know I had to tell her that then I said let me have the kids meal don't worry about the whopper she refused to serve me, she is unprofessional and has bad manners, how come you gonna disrespect someone who is nice to you.
