Waste of money!! Absolutely rubbish ,hamburger not fresh ,feels and taste frozen, the original brand was much better most likely the franchise out of business that is why it's just another lousy burger frozen from restaurant depot with bun from Winn-Dixie and jalapeños from a jar, this is my last time

It was good when eating but after an hour it made me sick, my stomach is still so bad that i can't even walk. Never again.

Customer service is stellar! The place is very clean , the tables are immediately wiped down after a customer leaves, and the interaction with customers is great ! Service with a smile :) Now, as far as the burgers go..... I wish I could give a better rating but unfortunately not only are their sandwiches nothing like advertised, their meat is pretty basic . I ordered the angus burger and it was very bland, too much sauce, my condiments were falling off each bite I took. My husband ordered the salmon sandwich and he said he could taste the freezer burn in the fish . Also , a couple toppings that were in the picture on the menu were not on his sandwich. They also do not carry everything advertised on their menu which they should probably revise their menu as I read other reviews that mentioned the same thing . For example, I asked to order a side of sautéed mushrooms and sautéed onions for my burger of which they had neither of those toppings available. But all in all, it's a "decent" burger joint though, I am in "no rush" to re-visit for a while .

I've been burgerim before but that's definitely the worst experience I've ever had for trying to dine in a restaurant.First of all they didn't had half of the menu, but we still decided to dine in. They did so many mistakes that even though we repeat our order at least 4 times, the worst part was that the cashier that was also our server was so rude about her mistake! She had to blame us about her mistakes!! I never got to a situation that I'm not willing to get service from a server in a restaurant before and when I asked to return and get my money back they would still instead to argue with me. And still we haven't got a full refund for our order because we was snacking the sides while we waited for them to fix our burgers.

Very overpriced for what you actually get. They advertise health options, but they actually aren't avaliable. There are better options in the mall for value.

Listen, I went here to Burgerim, the one at Sunrise in the Sawgrass Mall to be specific, two days ago (so 03/24/2021) for their misfortune this was actually my only meal of that day, I reheated my food at night and ate the leftover without the vegetables on it and I went to bed and the next morning I woke up with an upset stomach very ill, and I vomited a lot more than I ate and it took almost 24hrs for my body to come back to normal and the entire day of march 25, I had food poisoning symptoms, My body was weak and any physical activity would upset my stomach and I ended in the bathroom either vomiting, taking a break or, yes, doing #2. People I do not recommend this place as I believe they don’t cook or stored their food at the right temperature and this means you will end up eating the type of food that will act like poison to your body... and listen I know this reviews here in google eventually reach someone or the manager of this places so this part is for you, I studied culinary arts and I don’t think your employees are aware of what foodborne illness can do to your business, fortunately I did not ended in the hospital with E. coli so that means this is a corrective situation for the restaurant. I want to ask you politely to fix this issue as people without this type of education shouldn’t be cooking food because this is the result of it, we end up sick or in the hospital. For a lot of readers this is insignificant but for me this is time that I wasted vomiting losing time of my life that I will never get back and yes I am very glad my body figure it out for me and I feel so good that I decided to sit here I write this on google, and I put it here with the hope that it reach the right people and someone do something about the employees in this business that are cooking food wrongfully probably without knowing because the truth is They are your responsibility, you hire them so you should care for them and you should bring this type of education to them so they can provide for you and you can provide for them, otherwise they will continue to store and handle food irresponsible until one day it doesn’t get one person sick but a whole crowd and this business then will be in much more trouble of course that is if none of the victims end up actually dying then they would be facing some charges. Mistakes that are in books.. are correctable, because everyone reads this days so everyone should not repeat them, and they are a big deal for me. This is irresponsible for everyone so is my duty to “see something” and “say something” and that’s what I had to say and I hope whatever entity reading this actually “do something” about it. I am leaving a bad review for a good cause, Getting sick was not worth it for me but it May be worth for the business manager reading this and taking further action. Thanks for reading.

Headed to the Sawgrass Mall with kids on a Saturday morning. It was before mall opened at 11am and the doors were open, and since we did not have breakfast, this was a good time to try Burger IM. They had a 5.99 morning combo with burger covered with egg, fries, and drink. Great deal so we ordered. We really wanted to try the French fries which look like thick potato chips. Wife asked how the egg is cooked and reply was "in a pan". We chuckled and found out it was fried egg which was ok as I am not big fan of egg on burgers. The burger also has cheese and garlic aioli. He warned it was a smaller burger, but more than enough for late breakfast prior to shopping. We all agreed it was a nice burger and tasty too. The lower rating came about for two items. We received regular plain steak fries not the pictured and offered unique fries. Boring and cheap ! At least notify client if your making substitution from menu/special offering. They also had one employee what was prepping and clearing dining room and he failed to wear his PPE properly. After a year with Covid everyone knows how to wear a mask properly and cover mouth and NOSE unless eating.

Mediocre, overpriced burger. Cashier did not know how to add lettuce bun to my wife's burget, told her just to eat it regular.

Pretty disappointed. Purchased a Groupon ... so my Pricing was generally ok. Total cost was still about $10 for a 1/3 lb burger, drink, and half sweet potato fries and half onion rings. This location doesn’t have the 3-pack varieties, and the digital menu is extremely vague and doesn’t explain anything. My burger was extremely well done ... “charred” is a better term. The sweet potato fries were gooey and undercooked. The 3 onion rings were good !I would have been much more disappointed if I paid full price - which would have been $15.

Tried this place on a whim while Christmas shopping in the mall. The picture menu in the front window caught our attention! I forgot the name of the burger my boyfriend ordered but it had beef patty, a crispy onion ring, bacon, and bbq sauce. His burger was good, and he even said, "this is the first time I got a burger that looked exactly like the picture." Hahahaha I got the Greek burger which had a lamb patty, tzatziki sauce, fresh onion and lettuce. Got the combo so I got house fries which comes out like thick potato chips with the consistency of French fries (so... not crispy like snack chips). And I got a fountain drink -- the machine had a lot of options so I got to play around and mix flavors (try this mix: raspberry sugar free Powerade and lemon lime Minute Made lemonade -- you're welcome). I liked my burger, and was impressed the lamb meat didn't come out gamey or chewy. Four stars for eating burgers that exceeded our expectations. Ya get what you pay for (I've had an $16 Greek burger that was just as good as this $9 one). Just wished the potato chips were seasoned or had a slight crisp. The fries were bland, and I don't eat ketchup by itself, so I had to ask for an alternative sauce in which they gave me their house sauce. House sauce wasn't bad! The wait wasn't terrible either and they had a soccer game on so it was entertaining. I wouldn't go out of my way to come here when I'm craving for burgers BUT if I happened to crave burgers and don't feel like going all the way to the Oasis part of the mall for Shake Shack, this is a decent burger place to fulfill that craving!

Good place. Cashier was awful she gave us an attitude for nothing.

After a Sawgrass shopping trip we were starving and decided to try Burgerim. Located near the Super Target mall entrance it's easy to find. We both ordered the Spanish Burger. I got sweet potato fries and my friend got french fries. The burger was large with habanero aioli, grilled jalapeño, pepper jack cheese and lettuce. It was hearty, tasty and not overly spicy like I thought it would be. The sweet potato fries were good too. It's a good place to grab a quick lunch.

I was glad to find out that Burgerim is in Sawgrass Outlet so I and my wife decided to try out Sunday after church. It is located near food court but it has a separate store. We ordered two burgers; famous 1/3 LB Angus beef and 1/3 LB Spanish beef. It was $8.99 and $9.99 each. I think it was a little more expensive than other famous burgers, but if it tastes good it is acceptable. The bun size was smaller than I think and thickness of patty seems to be fine. After the first bite, I found out that this is not the burger I imagine. The Spanish beef tasted only one spice, cumin or something. It was so strong and overwhelmed I could not tasted anything, no meat flavor what so ever. The Angus beef tasted like In and Out burger because it has thousand island dressing sauce. But not even close to it. Patty of both burger tasted so dry and nothing special. I will never try this burger again.
