I ordered a medium sized swirl but got a smaller size of plain chocolate but I would go back I love Carvel Ice Cream it’s always so good. I had a cake from there on June 23rd of this month and the cake was terrible it tasted like it was made 5 years ago have not been happy with Carvel

In today’s era, we have been educated to eat better. I love Carvel and ice-cream in general.
However, today’s visit was a little awkward. The two ladies and the young man looked at me in surprise when I asked, “What are the ingredients in the pumpkin cheesecake soft ice-cream?”
Can you actually believe they said,”We do not know the ingredients and therefore cannot answer that question.”
What???? Does this mean the manager/owner is not educating...

As someone who often strolls past Carvel during my daily walks, I finally decided to step inside and indulge in their ice cream . From the moment I entered, I was greeted warmly by the staff who recognized me and the small gesture instantly made me feel welcomed and appreciated. Carvel exceeded my expectations with its warm hospitality, personalized service, and tasty dessert!
