Terrible service. The older female cashier in Rosemont outlet mall was rude and unprofessional. I’ll never spend money here due to her. And GM Rick did nothing to reprimand her, only apologies and an offer of a coupon.

Absolutely horrible. I got 2 sandwiches with my dad and 2 sets of fries. We were expecting great food by the pictures presented at the counter. But instead we were met with 2 sandwiches with steak that tasted like cardboard, cheese that probably was reheated in a batch of grease, and bread that was dry and flaky. I throw out my sandwich halfway in the hopes of not getting sick by the taste. My dad threw his out on the first bite. Not worth 32.00, highly do not recommend, subway and jimmy John’s tops this place instantly. Go fix your help hazard of food.

my first time trying Charlie's cheesesteak and i wasn't impressed, just another fast food chain, overpriced for poor quality food. The food was ubered I received the food in the correct amount of time. I would not recommend this place to anyone if they were looking for a good cheesesteak.

Their Philly cheese steaks are good, but their fountain drink machine was not working today and I was charged $0.50 more cents for the combo since lemonade was the only option.The steak in the large sandwich looks more like the amount that would go on a regular size sandwich.But still, it tastes good.
