Located in the outdoor section of the Promenade in Sawgrass Mills Mall. They have a great selection of fresh juices, sandwiches, fruit bowls, smoothies and wine/beer. It is a great pit stop during shopping. The staff is very friendly and the business is 3rd generation, family owned. Mia Fruta is like a superstar in the world of yummy food that doesn't cost too much. I tried their awesome açai bowl and super tasty turkey sandwich. Oh my goodness, they were sooo good! The açai bowl was the best I've had, and the turkey sandwich had this amazing Gouda cheese and avocado that was all warm and toasty. And guess what? Even my kiddos had these cool fruit popsicles that they totally loved!

Walked out of a store and saw this vibrant healthy fruity stand in the middle of the outside courtyard at the entrance of the Sawgrass Mills Mall. The owner, Camelia, informed us of the origin of her establishment and was very personable. My wife decided to order an Emplanada and a bottled water for $6.77 - good price for the area. The Spinach & Cheese Emplanada had a burst of tasty greatness. The water tasted like water lol. Will return to this location again, loved it.
