So far the worst experience in chipotle, unpleasant customer services, food quality was so bad, they should have a friendly staff for so many tourists in the sawgrass, clearly they hate their job and the let everyone in the line know abt it. Was the requirement for this position? Having the worst customer service or what?

I had a terrible experience eating here with my family. When I arrived, they were all chatting by the kitchen, so I had to wait for them to finish. When I asked the person taking my order if he spoke Spanish, he rolled his eyes and said no. He was white and wore earrings, and there was an African American woman whose pants were sagging and she had attitude just because I forgot to add the soda,giving the restaurant a poor appearance and a lack of professionalism. I hope you guys can consider this and take appropriate action.

For Third Time in Row there were No Peppers for my Steak Bowl. Once I understand but 3 times Unexceptable ! I asked if they could make some and I’ll wait girl serving my food said NO ! Keep in mind it was 1pm Not 9pm before they Close….

Terrible, but terrible service! I'm just leaving the site at this moment, they didn't speak Spanish, does no one there speak Spanish? For God's sake... we are in Miami, in a mall where almost 80% of the tourists are Latino.I go with my claim:First of all - they didn't have a card to swipe, only cash - then they served the food by beating- Extremely small portions for what you pay, I have been to other chipotles and they serve you more, here I attach a photo, my plate was almost a disaster and it had nothing, just a lot of cream and no chicken or beans...- then the girl or boy, I don't know what it was, sorry about that, with their pants down and their underwear out, answering and then writing on the phone and not answering my order, then they put the phone down and started serving! Disgusting, customer service and treatment of diners should be better

Worst food experience ever. We walked all the way to the other side of the mall to get to the chipotle. If you’re familiar with sawgrass mills mall, you will know that we walked like a mile to get an order from chipotle. It was 7 PM and they were scheduled to close at 9 PM. They had nothing in there hot table. They were out of almost everything needed to make any kind of meal. We were not the only ones disappointed because as we sat waiting for food that we ordered from the Burger King instead, we just watched many people walk up get turned away and leave. This chipotle, Mexican Grill has a ton of potential but the staff that they have currently working there is the worst and I don’t recommend eating here to anyone. Horrible.

This is the second review I leave for this place. The first one was months ago, and not favorable.Because my kids love Chipotle, I decided to give this location a second try after months of not eating there.Fool me twice and it's on me totally applies here.I gave two stars because the food was ready on time, finally! I placed it online and picked up, once I got home and opened my burrito bowl, I just laughed. See the picture. I don't even understand how is physically possible to pack a meal so badly.Needless to say I was hungry still after eating it.
