Chipotle Mexican Grill, particularly the location in Sawgrass mall, offers delicious burritos that are praised as the best in south Florida. The food quality can be hit or miss, with some burritos appearing small and less fresh than expected. However, the cleanliness and service vary, with some complaints about long wait times and unattended grills. One customer noted exceptional service from an employee who handled the situation professionally while being the only worker for 20 minutes. While the restaurant may not offer the most authentic Mexican cuisine, the food is still considered good by many. The establishment is a classic dining option, although the service quality may be affected by the fast-paced environment of the mall location.
