As pretty common, there was a long line to order the food, but it took extremely long time to get through it. It took us 50 minutes (7:50pm to 8:40pm on Nov 26th) to get to order… The problem was that the kitchen ran out of white rice. TWICE. During the time in the line. The line was put on hold for 15 minutes each time, which frustrated the heck of most people. I refuse to believe it is that hard to cook enough rice. I would go somewhere else if it was for my daughter convincing me to stay in the line…

I ordered four burritos online. I picked up my order and when I got home I saw that each burrito was half the size of a burrito. I paid for four but basically I only got two because each one was so small. Never pick up your online order without check the bag. I will be going to the store to complain to the manager. I live to far to go back today. I’m starting to dislike chipotle.

If I could give this Chipotle zero stars I would. As I was ordering my food, A roach crawled out of where the white rice was and the employee tried to hide it by using a lid and try to swipe it off the counter as fast as she could and proceeded to try to continue to serve that same rice and she was going to use that same lid as well to cover the food. Needless to say I left. This chipotle is very dirty, I don’t recommend coming to this one.

So I ask for chicken and the black older lady gives me like 2 pieces of chicken. Then I asked for more which is the picture I posted and she has the audacity to want to change me for extra chicken when I barely even got any chicken. This lady has no type of customer service.

Place an order for my food to be picked up at a certain time got it after the fact of the time and upon arriving in a cashier ask us are we picking up an order I stated yes gave them the name they were not even listening to her and about 6 to 7 who came in after us got their food first and their pickup time was a lot later people were getting frustrated how long they were also waiting to the fact that it still wasn't even too busy by what I saw when we got our food the burrito had a lot of hard parts to it so I really cannot eat the burrito and food was not even that warm

I’ve ordered from this place twice. I must say each time the white rice is too sticky, you see clumps of rice in your bowl/burrito. It has no flavor, very bland and they put extra extra rice. I got double steak, looked more like regular serving. Let’s be honest, some days be good at chipotle and others not. No matter what store you order from. The area it’s in is nice and IKEA is right there.
