PINCHO is a great spot for a tasty meal with friendly service. The Smashburger, with two patties, cheese, and potato strings, was delicious, although could have been hotter. The regular Pincho burger is also a hit. The Chicken Kebab platter is a must-try, with rice, beans, tostones, and fried cheese sides. The restaurant offers daily specials for $10, a good deal. The clean and inviting space, along with the cordial staff, make for a pleasant dining experience. Plenty of parking available for convenience.
