this is easily the worst chipotle i've ever been in. i've eaten at mall chipotles better than this one. i don't expect great service from a fast casual obviously, but the state that this chipotle was in shows no one cares about this store from top to bottom. i arrived at around lunch time, and EVERY table was filthy. i literally mean EVERY, not figuratively or exaggerating. trash cans were comically overflowing, if i added my plate i'm sure it would an avalanche of trash would hit the floor. they were out of guac, fajitas, and one of the meats. soda machines had 2/8 labeled as "OUT". the person in front of me wanted a small chips, but they told her they couldn't give it to her as they only had large chip bags. the regular thing would be to, i dunno, portion some out for her in a large bag and charge her a small and go about the day? nope, pretty much told her pay a large bag or kick rocks. i made the unfortunate error of deciding to eat inside, didn't even get a tray because i'm assuming they were all dirty. steer clear from this chipotle.

The employees are not happy. They beg you to complain due to poor management. The location is dirty, pans stacked up, the food area is dirty and empty. I asked for the vinaigrette dressing and I was told it was not available. A lead person told me on the side that they would get one for me but she had to hide it… wow. We asked for a little more salsa and was told that management does not allow anymore than the little that was he already added. This has to be the worst experience I have ever had at a Chipotle. And the food was not seasoned, the rice was over cooked and sticky.

Terrible service!! I arrived at 8:30 pm and they had nothing, absolutely nothing and their hours are from 10:30 am to 11 pm!!!! What a disappointment! And none of the boys knew how to speak Spanish. Worse than in sawgrass ?
If I could leave no stars I would staff were rolling their eyes and acted like they didn’t even want to be there. 10 out of 10 would not recommend

I can't be the only one to have complained about this chipotle. It is the worst chipotle I have ever been, unfortunately it is the closest one to my house but it's always the same thing. The portions are always super small compared to all the other chipotles, every single time there is ingredients missing at night. On this occasion there was no Sour cream, queso, and peppers. The employees are rude and seem like they really don't want to be there. I understand of course working is not something fun but you can't be expressing like that to customers. Something is definitely wrong with management because it wasn't like this 2-3 years back

I’m vegan and this is one of the few places I can go with my family and eat. I always get the bowl with fajitas and guac. Last time - months ago, I visited this location and they ran out of fajitas so we waited but they were undercooked and tasted horrible. This time - no fajitas at all and not even an option to wait. Had to leave and find another restaurant.

Will nickel and dime you for everything. I was getting a veggie bowl no meat and they gave me less than a spoon full of black beans. I asked for more and he tells me it’s extra. I basically had a mountain of rice and barely one scoop of rice. Saddest chipotle bowl I’ve ever had. Also I heard them tell someone who wanted lettuce it was gonna be extra… not to mention they’re barking at you the whole time. Very unpleasant.
