Literally the best dunking I've been to in years. I pulled up 10 cars in front of me and I was in and out of that line in less than 5 min. They were soooo good! I'm impressed because dunkin has been going down hill.
I went there almost every day during a week because I had class next to them.The costumer service in general is not good.The most of the employees’s attitude were no the best one…like if they really don’t care about the costumers including the shift lead… she didn’t know anything about how the app works. Went through drive thru and the kid was personable but didn’t ring up my fiancée’s drink correctly and when I went in to get it fixed the staff were arguing with one another because of bathroom issues and shift changes. Shift lead hollering at the girl in drivethru and drivethru hollering back. Then she opens the window and asks the next guest, “what do you want?” And took another 20-25 min to make my one drink.
