I've been to Embarcadero Coral Springs location several times and this is my first time in Sunrise. Same good quality of food and its presentation, ambiance, and service! The staff were consistently moving around clearing tables and dishes came out quick. A bit pricey but def recommend. We ordered:
1) Pique 3 Ceviches Corvina $36- sauces were lite, fish was soft, and would be even better if it could be spicy
2) Anticuchos de Lomo Fino $20- beef was well cooked
3) Maki Parrillero Roll $20- dainty little pieces but packs some food flavors
4) Arroz con Mariscos $24- Parmesan cheese makes this dish so much yummier each bite

Food and service excellent, irritatingly loud music. Food is very pricey for lunch as the two lunch specials are terrible choices. I will avoid even for dinner as I do not wish to hear loud music.

Excellent cuisine, service has lots of potential for improvement, the price would be perfect if taste goes hand and hand with service. The waiter needs to be focus 100% in their station, not talking to each other. That's the way to greatness.

As a peruvian, we are proud of our culture and gastronomy.
This restaurant doesn't represent at all peruvian food, this an fusion of Japanese/peruvian food.
Prices are extremely expensive compared other restaurants in the area, a $35 plate with a parking lot view, doesn't match, everything is over priced.
The tables are so close to each other that I could hear the entire conversation in detail of the couple next to us, management couldn't squeeze more tables because they ran out of space; airplane bathroom mode to move from your table to your chair, terrible and disappointed when 2 people try to squeeze to the table next to ours, and swim their rears close to my food.
The Atmosphere, is like been between Dennis and Red Lobster.
If you want authentic peruvian food, try Delicias del Peru on Johnson St close to 64th Ave.
Now, that's a truly peruvian restaurant.
That's was our first and last time in this place.

Outstanding food and service! My best friend brought me here for my birthday lunch. Had the Ceviche appetizer, tuna tartar (they call it something else, I attached the picture) and the acevichado roll that our waitress recommended. Omg everything was so fresh and so delicious! We also ordered the chocolate cake for dessert and they brought it out for me with a candle and the servers all sang happy birthday to me! So sweet!! Outstanding food and service I can’t wait to go back! Highly recommend.
