My first time trying Juicy Patties today, and the food was not great at all. I purchased one mild and one spicy and two drinks. The Pattie’s were watery with no flavor. I tasted better patties at a grocery store . Also, the cashier was unpleasant. I will try a different location next time.

When I arrived at the location on sunset strip I came in and the worker asked me what I needed and I told her about the order I made online and without letting me finish she immediately responded with “we have no online orders, are you sure you ordered in the right store?” I told her after that I made an order on the 26th to be picked up the 28th at 9:30 am. And she immediately turned around told the other worker to pack up my patties and the other worker handed my food to me and they both said nothing as if it was my fault they didn't know their was a pending online order pickup. Other than my service being lousy the food at juici pattties is always top tier better than any competitor. But unfortunately the service today was very poor and rude behavior from the staff. A small apology would have gone a long way and avoided me completely from writing this review.

As a legal professional, I’m deeply disappointed by the treatment I received during my recent visit. This is not my first negative experience with the same individual the woman with dreadlocks who claims to be the manager. I was profiled and treated poorly. She intentionally held back my order, claiming I hadn’t paid for the correct drink, even though I had. When she realized her mistake, instead of apologizing, she dismissed it by saying, “You’ll be okay.”
I have supported this location since the very first day it opened, but after this repeated disrespect, I will not be returning. I also plan to bring this issue to my platform.
