The most awkward experience but the food is so good it hard carries this place. We had tune entire place to ourselves and I don't get it. They're one of if not the best Korean style joints around. Tonkotsu was awesome.
And an actual clean bathroom.
They didn't even have music on our TV on when we came early evening midweek. Felt rather awkward. But the food. The food is awesome. It averages out to 5 stars because the food should have like 10 stars.

This is a hole in the wall Korean restaurant. The mom and pop shop seems to specialize in K(orean) F(ried) C(hicken). They have got the frying for KfC down! I tried the soy garlic wings and they were delicious. The chicken came with chicken-mu (pickled radish) which makes the food so much better, adding a great crunch! I will be going back to try the other dishes. Give this place a shot, the owners are genuine and know what they’re doing.

Koko Chicken 92 is located on Oakland Park Blvd in the plaza that is across the street from the Aldi’s and Walgreens in Sunrise. It is a hole in the wall Korean Chicken restaurant that serves its specialty Korean Fried Chicken as well as traditional Korean meals.
I came here last Monday night to have dinner with my dad. To say the least we thoroughly enjoyed our experience. The tables and chairs are clean and the staff is very welcoming. I loved how the chairs are bright yellow and make you want to sit down and stay for a while. We ordered the “Kook Soon Dang” Rice Sake, Honey Garlic Chicken Tenders and Jochae stir fried potato noodles with beef.
The food came out fast, hot and fresh. We also had a side of cut up radishes and fresh kimchi. One thing I will say about Koko Chicken 92 is that it is a great place if you are looking for a place that allows for you to eat great food and have a good time with the people you are with. You don’t feel rushed to hurry up and eat. You are able to sit down and be in the moment. I can’t wait to come back again to see what other delicious food they have to offer.

The customer service at Koko Chicken 92 is absolutely terrible. The employees were incredibly rude from the moment I tried to place my order. Instead of being helpful, they seemed irritated and dismissive, which left a bad impression right away. As for the food, it was bland and disappointing, especially considering the high prices. I expected much better quality for what I paid, but it fell far short. I won’t be returning to this place ever

I discovered this place because I was searching for the old restaurant I used to go to in 441 in Hollywood but they permanently closed. According to the website they moved to this place. Surprisingly, they changed it to a Korean Fried Chicken place which made me more excited to try. The Yangnyeom fried chicken was really good. Not too spicy not salty. Perfectly seasoned. The owner was really friendly and attentive. Reminds me of a mom and pop restaurants in Korea. We were too hungry to take a photo of the food but we cleared out our plate.

Their food were tasty Korean food! We ordered the sweet spicy chicken, Yukgaejang, and Bibimbap! The service was great! Many Koreans eat here as well that means, their food is authentic. I will come back to try other dishes. This Korean restaurant will be added to my to-go to restaurants.

The chicken is not Halal.
Just called to make an order. The owner asked me if I do Halal. After answering, he said “I don’t know how to cook Halal, but the chicken is Halal. We fry it in the same oil and fryer used for pork. Is that fine?”

My favorite Korean restaurant in the area. The atmosphere and the employees are absolutely wonderful. So far, I've had the scallion pancake, soy garlic chicken, and the golden cheese fries. All, absolutely delicious. Can't wait to try more of the menu.

Koko Chicken 92 is the bomb DOT com. As soon I walked in I was greeted by the owner who was very friendly and accommodating. He even offered to sit us somewhere else as he saw that we were cold where we were sitting previously. Would recommend to family and friends in the area!
