Worst service ever!!! The food took forever and the waitress never even apologized or acknowledged! She was being rude when we asked questions and not taking appropriate care of us. She put the “service charge” automatically when we were only 3.

I’ve been coming here for years . My family as well. Spending hundreds of dollars here . Not to mention even though they don’t give you a lot of food . The workers claim the owner doesn’t want to provide sauce . They started putting the sauce in these little containers that don’t have anything in them . Then started to act like you asking for 6 of them was a lot . It’s ridiculous how you can spend so much money at a restaurant and they still don’t want to provide sauce complimentary. Businesses thrive from repeat customers. Maybe it’s because I am not hispanic either way, I won’t be spending anymore money here .

Overpriced for cheap quality in liquor and food. Almost $20 for a drink using cheap alcohol and mandatory 20% tip for a not so good service. I don’t recommend it here.

Took my Peruvian grandma and mom here, and the food was just okay. The sushi was the best thing we ordered, whereas the ceviche was not prepared correctly and wasn’t good. The service, however, was awful. I wouldn’t recommend

Went to eat at 11:30 pm. Google says they are open until 1 am. Got there and they said it is open only for Karaoke. The kitchen was closed. They don’t have a website so perhaps if they did maybe I could have confirmed there and it would have given me the information. The information is not listed as to when the kitchen closes. Disappointed because Im starving and came to eat and spend money.

Been going to Konakai for many many years. I never had such a terrible experience as I did this evening. First off. The air conditioning was broken until we finally got served. We were sweating to death. There was absolutely no service. Nobody came over to us. wanted to know if we wanted anything else. I had to get up and get the check myself otherwise we’ll be sitting there all night. The The food is usually so great. I ordered A seafood dish was usually filled with all kinds of seafood. The only thing I got was a plate of rice and a couple pieces of shrimp and one calamari so disappointing.

I can say it in English or in Spanish worst service in a restaurant the server is extremely rude I didn’t even get to eat sat there for 10 min as she looks at me and makes eye contact with me and completely ignores me and takes care of every other table “she sat me” btw very egotistical seriously you have no business acting like that in an industry where your attitude makes your money

My chicken was dry, while I’m eating she was sweeping while I was eating, and they took an 18% service fee out when the waitress never brought napkins, she came to check on us 1 time. Inside no ac they had a fan on while I was eating dust flying around. Sorry but I will not come back.
