It was my third time and the third to eat the same haifa seafood jelly and rice but when we saw the rice we said how different we had eaten and exactly it was totally different its color and ending with the taste sorry rather without taste not even salt I told him to the waitress and she said they would fix it for us but I am a restaurant owner and I know that many people complain about being given or discounted, I did not accept anything and I said that I was doing it so that they could rectify it in the kitchen, but to a surprise When the owner came to the table he offered me to heat it up, which I also refused because we had already eaten the jelly and we were fine. I didn't want them to take a discount on the dish just so they knew it wasn't well made but that said, sir had a very inappropriate attitude towards me. His way of speaking and looking at us was very blasé and very upset by my comment, according to him, many had made that day, and he was the first person to complain. Unfortunately, at that moment I forgot that I had a photo of one that I ate the previous time. for let them see that just the color was different. My complaint is not about the $30 it costs but about the attitude of this man who supposedly owns it... I hope no other family has to go through the inconvenience that I went through, much less when we go to support a local business. Needless to say, I won't be back, but I hope people read this and don't support us. We can't give away our money to a person who doesn't deserve it.

They charge you an obligatory 18% "Service Charge" (18%!!!!!) that of course you can't remove or change and on top they add the option of "tipping". So they tip themselves big time and then you have to tip. That's BS, not returning until they change that.
They charge you a mandatory Service Charge of 18% (18%!!!!!) that you cannot remove or modify and on top of that they give you the option of adding a "tip". In other words, they give themselves a tremendous tip and on top of that they ask you for more tip. A shameless thing, I won't be back until they change it.

Came With my friends after the movies it was pretty good but overall average food. I didn’t try the ceviche which maybe I should have. I had steak with pesto pasta. Service was a bit slow. Music was good but loud.

The food is very delicious with a good serving for your money, but the service is horrendous. The waitresses acted like they didn't want to be there or serve me. I had to ask for napkins. They didn't have enough change to breakdown the money I gave them. There was no way I was giving them anymore than 10 percent for that God awful service. I left the smallest tip that the change they gave me permitted. I will not dine in there again.

Continous DELAY and LACK of management acknowledgment: I have been to this place multiple times, bringing friends along to enjoy what I thought was great food, but I have been increasingly disappointed by the service delays. Every time I’ve been, there’s been a LONG WAIT for food eventhough its not busy— MEALS AREN.T served at the same time, which makes for an unpleasant dining experience. I thought the staff might just need time to get in sync. However, despite multiple visits, the delays continue. FINALLY,the issue brought up to the owner’s attention, hoping for a resolution.the concerns were completely ignored. No effort was made to address the problem or even acknowledge it. This lack of responsibility is unacceptable, especially for a frequent customers. While the food is still good, I cannot recommend this restaurant anymore. Good food is important, but good service and a responsible attitude from management are equally crucial.

Saturday night. Ordered Ceviche, Kam Lu Wonton, Lomo Saltado, and Fried Rice. Food was okay, the taste was not there which was unexpected due the reviews praising the flavor. The food came out very fast which was a concern for the table. The lomo and arroz chaufa were good, not great. The ceviche and wonton lacked the flavor and texture that I’m used to. The service was inattentive, we had to ask multiple times for a refills on drinks. Gratuity was included. The atmosphere was nice. Great place for a date but the tables are less than 12 inches apart from the next table.
