I never received my credit card back after a VIP purchase.

Food took a long time but overall great

food was pretty gross, now I know why! The health department shut this place down for like 2 days cuz of roaches and flies in the kitchen. The owner/manager of this place is obviously failing and not providing quality to their customers....

I went for Eargasm Friday night.. which.. was an amazing Event. Poetry comedy great music........ NOW.....totally separate from the event as far as the service for food and drinks ... if you want to wait a whole year for drinks a bland food... this is the place to be..... HORRIBLE SERVICE... WORST BARTENDERS EVER.. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE..... SLOWEST COOK AND IN THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA. RUDE OWNER. ...

I attend regular events held at this venue. The bar staff is very slow and kitchen staff does not make food orders in a timely manner. It seems they are understaffed. It took over one and a half hours for my order of j*** chicken pasta to be served and the bartender passed up making my cocktail for over several minutes. Other patrons were groaning about the length of time it took to receive their others as I sat asking for my food.

Saturdays the only day of the week that the air conditioning doesn't work, you are better off dancing in the parking lot and oh no not just one Saturday its been ongoing for over a month now!

No air conditioning, dance floor poorly maintained stick and dirty. You are better off dancing in thr parking lot....

I attend here for Spoken Word events. I love the setup and ambiance but the food service is undesirable. I assume they maybe understaffed because the wait is always. We ordered a salad and waited about 2hrs. The show was almost over. On top of the wait the chicken was burnt, very dry and over-seasoned. This wasn't the first time that the wait was ridiculous to get SALAD; other food orders were coming out much quicker. Some of the patrons had ordered after us.I would recommend going a couple hours before a show if you want to eat but for me, I'll just eat before going to any event here. No thank you.
