La Boom Bakery at Sawgrass Mills is a tiny gem and hidden haven of deliciousness. Their macarons are the best, incredibly fresh, vibrant, and colorful, with the crème brûlée macaroon being particularly amazing. The cookies are insane delicious and put others to shame, with the chocolate chip cookie also loved. They also offer exquisite buttery croissants and a Dubai chocolate service. The kiosk is one of the cleanest and tidiest in the entire mall. Service is usually really nice and explanatory, though sometimes slow on busy days. It is an absolute delight and a secret treasure, definitely recommended.
