Took my mom for her birthday and she loved it! The food was amazing and the Mariachi band sang to her. We definitely enjoyed the experience!
Excellent service by Jorge the waiter, very professional and always checking if we need extra drinks and on top of our food orders. Live Mariachi from 3-4 pm on Sunday, I must said the Mariachi is Great!
Im so tired of trying to find good Mexican food in SF...I always do Italian at Sawgrass thought to mix it up and what a disappointment 😞..rice cold and under cooked,chicken lukewarm.... only thing that came out hot was the black beans... Thomas is nice but should check up on people...

The service was nice, the ambiance was great, but the food was terrible. The Al pastor ribs were disgusting, their steak was completely dry and unseasoned. To top it all off they have an 18% gratuity already added onto your bill. Keep in mind, this was not disclosed anywhere on their menu or anywhere else. I would not recommend anyone to eat here.

The service was excellent. However, our group did not find the food extraordinary. We found it quite bland.
The waiter was polite but nothing else was good with this place, I ordered chicken flautas and it was burnt, I called the waiter and returned the food, they removed it from the bill , the rest of the food we ordered was mediocre food. I could’ve had better ordering from Taco Bell. Wasted 76 dollars 😡
They didn’t apologize, no manager in sight!

La Doña Restaurant absolutely exceeded my expectations. The food was outstanding. The grilled octopus was incredibly fresh with a delicious, perfectly balanced flavor. And the lobster taco… truly one of a kind. I haven’t tried anything like it anywhere else!!
On top of that, Hugo’s service was impeccable: attentive, professional, and always on point.
Definitely a place I’ll be coming back to, and one I highly recommend!!

I really enjoyed the drinks, they were beautifully presented with great attention to detail. The bartender Val was very attentive and professional, which made the whole experience even better, I will be back soon.
