HORRIBLE SERVICE!! WISH I COULD GIVE ZERO STARS. ORDERED AT 8:07PM ONLINE. WAS TOLD ORDER WOULD BE READY AT 8:31PM. WENT TO THE STORE WAITED IN THE STORE UNTIL 9:30PM. OTHER PEOPLE WERE THERE BEFORE ME STILL WAITING FOR THEIR FOOD WHEN I LEFT. I NEARLY HAD TO THREATEN THE SERVER TO GET MY FOOD. ONLINE UPDATE STILL SAYS MY FOOD IS IN THE OVEN. PUFFS WERE CHEWEY LIKE THEY WERE PUT IN THE MICROWAVE AND THE WINGS WERE UNDERCOOKED. WILL NEVER ORDER FROM HERE AGAIN!

Ordered at 8:44, got it cold, at 9:23. No apology and even tried to act like me getting a COLD pizza was normal. They set it to the side, for 20 minutes! I literally watched em do it and even got 12minutes of a recording with the employees ignoring the customers and just boxing up pizza and setting it to the side to get COLD. A 12 minute recording of my pizza getting cold

This is by far the worst location. They are severely understaffed. Wether you place your order in store or on line it does not matter. I placed my order online that was supposed to be ready 2 hours ago. Here I am in the parking lot still waiting..mm. I can't even call to cancel because no one is answering and the line inside is outrageous. This is my 3rd terrible experience with this location and my last time here. My last time at little ceasars. You guys need to do better. Whoever is managing this location thumbs down??

Placed my order at 8 and got there at 8:27 to pick it up but didn't receive food. Guys at the front weren't even talking to the people waiting for their orders for over an hour, wasted time and money for nothing because it's not letting me get a refund so now I got to dispute with the bank.... It's been a week and still no money back. Simply terrible

I had the displeasure of ordering from Little Caesars Pizza recently, and it was an absolute disaster from start to finish. Firstly, the customer service was abysmal. The staff seemed disinterested and unmotivated, and it took ages for them to even acknowledge my presence, let alone take my order.Once I finally got my pizza, it was a complete disappointment. The crust was like cardboard, the toppings were sparse and tasted like they'd been sitting out for hours, and worst of all, the cheese was rubbery and tasteless. It was barely edible.To top it all off, the establishment itself was dirty and unkempt. The floors looked like they hadn't been cleaned in weeks, and the dining area was littered with trash. It was a truly unpleasant dining experience, and I will never be returning to Little Caesars again.Keep in mind I was waiting 20 minutes to even order my pizza and 1 hour 30 minutes to get my pizza. While waiting with my best friend for the pizza our feet were starting to hurt badly and their was only 1 chair in the place so we had to take turns sitting down while waiting to relive the pain of standing for so long. While waiting another lady was screaming rightfully so at the lazy, slow, uncaring, uninterested employee for a refund as she was also waiting more then 1 hour with her daughter for her pizza. This was no doubt the worst fast food or food place experience ever in my entire life not even exaggerated. Do not waste your time here it will be a waste of your time and you will regret you came. Whoever owns this specific location needs to remodel it, fire many employees and implement new rules and do better training to fix the disaster of a place it is. Or if not it’s better to just remove that location as a whole or demolish that location to save the floor, walls, floor, roof etc from the memory’s it has from the horrible experiences it’s witnessed. PS; When I was younger and in elementary & middle school I would always ask my father for pizzas and he would come to this Little Caesars each Friday to get me pizza. He would always complain about the wait and would make excuses to come but would still come out of love for me. Now im an adult and understand him completely and feel bad for the amount of times this establishment has waisted his time, this isn’t a new problem it’s the entire place that’s been like this for probably its entire existence. this place is awful i saw cockroaches crawling in the kitchen, i was there tonight waited 1 hour to order my pizza then 1 hour mor to receive it . the store only had 1 guy inside making the pizza while there was mor that 20 people in the lobby waiting for their pizza so never come here
