Came here after many times of driving past. The spot is much nicer and more modern than the impression you get from the exterior. I’m always looking for new different cuisines to try, and occasionally crave a ceviche, this spot delivered Tonight we ordered the leche de Tigre, the lomo veggie stir fry, also lomo salteado The portions were great, and the food was good. Sergio was our server and he was great as well, and was running all over being attentive to the whole Restuarant.
We got there around 3pm so it was very quiet. We were immediately greeted by the executive chef, Chef Gutierrez. He made some lovely recommendations like the tuna Ceviche. We also had the warmest scallops, the anticuchos, the grilled octopus and finished with the short ribs. All dishes were absolutely beautiful. My first time having Peruvian food. 10/10 would recommend! I definitely recommend pairing the vermentino with the scallops and the Peruvian tempernillo with the short...
Well not sure where to start honestly. This unassuming restaurant in Plantation offers up big in every department. Once you walk in the double doors you realize this place is a notch above. The decor, and ambience are modern, clean and inviting. The service is exceptional with staff who stand ready to serve and offer up their favorites.
