Those folks forgot it was supposed to be fast. Took more than 15 minutes for a simple order and it didn’t taste fresh really. Plus they are cheating the system and mark mobile orders as ready just minutes after they placed. Most probably hacking some internal KPI
I went in the drive thru and got a small vanilla fudge Sunday on a hot, steamy nite. It was covered with a hole in the lid! I did not notice that when I asked for a bag and put it in the bag. At home, I found it half in the bag melted and half in the cup. Thank you very much.

However, there have been occasional issues, such as teenagers being overlooked and an incorrect order charge in the drive-thru. Overall, the food is hot and tasty, and the staff's professionalism makes a big difference in the experience.
