While waiting for the local bicycle store to open, I stumbled across this hidden gem I hd no idea it existed. Much to my surprise I was elated! I was welcomed and introduced to the owner and began sampling, but I wanted more, more, more!
I had a Protein Bowl and topped it off with a Sea Shanty smoothie.
The staff is both attentive and professional. The establishment was very clean and well kept. I’ll be back!

Nautical bowls are amazing and healthy tried a couple different bowls the other day with my wife. Owner was there very friendly and helpful. Wish there were more locations especially in Miami. Great place to bring your family.

My girlfriend and i came across this place one day when wanting a sweet treat but also on the healthy side. Let me tell you, we stumbled upon a little piece of heaven! Nautical bowls has become our favorite spot to grab a healthy and filling smoothie / bowl for the right price. The atmosphere was chill, the staff was so happy and great, we will be back weekly !

I personally wasn’t a big fan - the bowls are very pricey and the flavors just weren’t there for me.
I recently had the chance to sample a variety of açaí bowls from this spot, and every option was delicious! The different bases were all distinct and added a fun, unique twist to the traditional açaí experience. I also loved that their almond butter and peanut butter are ground in-house, which gave them an extra fresh and rich flavor. The bowls are not overly sweet, striking the perfect balance between healthy and satisfying. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a refreshing and tasty treat!

The bowls are filling (and fulfilling), while the staff are friendly and happy to cater to my varied flavor whims, with custom bowls.
It's great that you can taste things first, and the matcha is excellent. My new fave ingredient is the coconut butter crumble. (Although it looks like parmesan cheese, don't be fooled, as it tastes 50 times better.)
It's only been a few hours, but I'm already daydreaming about my next visit!

A healthy option for a sweets craving.The owners Brian & Roxanne are very hands on and fully involved in every aspect,you should really try it out,you won’t be disappointed!!!
