Nautical bowls are amazing and healthy tried a couple different bowls the other day with my wife. Owner was there very friendly and helpful. Wish there were more locations especially in Miami. Great place to bring your family.
Very clean place with great options. Had the nauti bowl and was surprised with how fresh it tasted. The food here tastes fresh and absolutely delicious. Great variety of bowls on the menu as well. The service was also really great. The lady at the front was very sweet and nice.

I had a Protein Bowl and topped it off with a Sea Shanty smoothie.
The staff is both attentive and professional. The establishment was very clean and well kept. I’ll be back!
