Do not give this place your money.

I was hoping this would be a tasty bakery to have for lunch but every part of this experience was poor.

The sandwiches they have in the display have no prices so I assumed they would be in the ballpark of what was on their menu. I was wrong. My sister ordered a turkey and Brie sandwich which came to $23 (not pictured) and I got the special chicken club that was $21.

The chicken club must have been sitting as the bottom bun was completely soggy and disintegrated when I picked it up. The sandwich had a single slice of chicken, and one slice of bacon (along with tomato and avocado). The value was not here. If the portion size is going to be small, I expect the quality to be high. It was not.

The almond croissant I got had great filling but the pastry was overcooked and rock hard. It was $6.

I assume the sandwich was soggy because it was sitting around for a while before it got to the table. Which would make sense since it took 40 minutes from ordering until when we got our food. There were just a handful of other customers. Not enough to justify waiting so long for a sandwich.

The atmosphere is “cute” but needs help. No air conditioning in the place besides the loud unit above the door. The door is left open allowing birds to come inside and walk around on tables.

I would highly recommend you skip this place and find another French bakery to go to.

This place has really gone downhill over the years. I used to love coming here back in 2020-2021. Now the staff are rude and place is unkept. No central air conditioning and no service. None of the pastries are labeled in the cases and staff gives you an attitude if you ask about them.

Dreadful service. We were the only two customers. There were 4 people working behind the bar just blabbering among themselves, absolutely not caring about any of our needs. Who manages this place? Filthy floors, chairs, etc. Our salad was the saddest salad. They even forgot the dressing. Avoid this place.

We ate here Saturday morning Aug 30 for the $50 spent the food was horrible, flavorless, over cooked and one of the two orders incorrect. The outside was actually cooler than inside and the womans bathroom was broken. Very disappointed, will never patron there again.

We went for lunch and the place was almost empty. Food was good and price was OK. The place was really warm inside with the doors opened. Portions are individual. Salad had no dressing and had to go to the cashier and ask for olive oil. Don't know if I would come back.

I would not recommend this place. The restaurant was dirty and smelled horrible. Even though we confirmed we were sitting and a number was given for our order, the staff made our coffees but never brought them to the table or even let us know they were ready—they just sat there getting cold. The food took 30 minutes just to put together a simple sandwich, and the service overall was unprofessional and careless. Skip this place until they make real changes, otherwise the horrible service will continue.
