Very disappointing experience. This was honestly the worst decision to come here — we should have read the reviews first.
We know the PAUL brand well from France and other U.S. locations, but this place does not represent it at all. The quality was terrible. The “croissants” (for $6–7!) were dense rolls, not real croissants. The sandwich had a paper-thin slice of meat and tomato, the rest was stale bread. Coffee was awful, and we were charged for double-shot cappuccinos we didn’t ask for — $8.50 per cup. No other size options, and even an Americano with milk costs the same.
The place was dirty: worn chairs and tables with what looked like bird droppings, a sticky, dirty high chair for kids. The restroom was completely closed, so there was nowhere to wash hands.
Service was rude and dismissive. We were told to “go get your coffee” with zero courtesy — but they certainly didn’t forget to charge us.
Lowest rating possible. We will not be back.
I am so disappointed to this place! No one were in register and I was waiting there for along and then a guy who was working there came and kind of yelled at us and said no one is there and it means we cannot give you service! Very loaded! I always had a good memory there! I would never ever go to this place again……

I usually don't post negative reviews, but this place deserves it. Extremely overpriced, low quality coffee, limited options, and restrooms are closed to customers.

Paul is easily one of the worst coffe places I visited on Miami. The *barista* ignored my request and did what they want. The pie was made before pandemic. Music was a 90s rave, what a weird place

This place is extremely overpriced for the bad food they are serving. The chicken club sandwich and a coke, was over $32
Coffee was $10
Both absolutely disgusting. Worst coffee ever.
We were shocked at how bad this place was. Trust me ! Go elsewhere unless your into overpriced, bad quality food and no service.

Paul should revoke this franchise. It's filthy, there is one person at the register and she is also making all the coffee drinks, the bathroom is disgusting. You actually feel dirtier leaving the restroom than before you went in. There is not one redeeming quality for this place, it is absolutely horrific. The food in the showcase looks awful as well.

Do not come to this place. We’ve been to other Paul bakeries and while they are not cheap, two coffees and two sandwiches should not cost $80. There are no prices listed on the menu, and several add-ons were included that we did not request. Be sure to ask for prices before ordering. To put it in perspective, a single avocado toast was $26. This felt misleading and like price gouging. Very disappointing experience.
