Best restaurant in Broward, Johanne "Jojo" is the best. She has great customer service and always willing to help. Don't think about it twice, stop by and ask for JoJo. Highly recommended.

Horrible service. Overcharged our order, added things we hadn't order and tried to convinced us with the opposite. I ordered the complete breakfast and they charged extra the coffee that was included by saying that Americano is not a coffee!

Came in at 10am on a weekend… usually if I’m at Sawgrass, I only get an espresso - but today, I ordered some food.It took 30 min+ to get our waffles and ‘omelette sandwich’ (we were basically the only ones here) - the fries were cold, unsalted, and clearly from yesterday. The eggs unseasoned. Terrible.The only plus was the nice lady (manager or owner) who was pleasant.I almost didn’t write a review bc this is South Florida and this spot is most likely a money-laundering front - but I would skip the super expensive terrible food if I were you.

Now I can finally relax with a large Cappuccino from Paul French Bakery in Sawgrass Mills Mall. A beautiful outside patio area to sip a hot coffee and eat French pastries. We met with the manager JoJo who displayed an incredible sense of professionalism with a friendly smile and provided us with the 17 year history of the cafe. The Cappuchino was very flavorful with a nice fragrance from the Lavazza grinded beans. Very quiet and relaxing way to end the great evening. Prices were competitive with the immediate area $7.38 for the large Cappuchino. The bathrooms were very clean as well as the store. Easy 5.5 stars for this cafe.

Very mid this whole thing looks burnt and dry waist of money sandwich fell apart in dust was so dry and burnt crispy with barely any meat

Dirty place, tasteless food: terrible onion soup, the boy who works at the cash register was spoiled and rude and served us in a bad way. Terrible experience. Nothing to do with the PAULs from other places.

Went there today, and asked if they were still serving breakfast. The cashier lady said yes! I ordered an omelet sandwich no bacon and a latte. I paid $24. In my plate came an omelete, a little greens, some fries and a slice of bread (I never asked for greens or fries). After eating a slice of bread and the omelet I checked again the menu’s price for the omelet sandwich and it was 9,99 and the omelet plate was around $16. I decided to talk to the lady on the cashier and she said that at that time (it was passed 2pm) the omelet was served only as a lunch! Well, why wouldn’t she told me that before??? I’ll Never come back to this place again! I should pay for what I have asked for and not for a lunch plate, as she told me at the time I was placing my order that they were still serving breakfast.
It's in the outlet mall and surprisingly very good. Large portions. I enjoyed it. Good service at the bar.

Laughing at cuatomer when asked for refund when I never got my cappuccino !!!! He reluctantly refunded me saying But you are the rest of tve food without a drink. Instead of making the situation right he laughed. Tou need to fire this trash attitude!!!!!And by the way. This place was reccomend to me by someone who's a regular. Enrique Story( sorry enrique for name dropping but maybe I'll get someone's attention)

We waited patiently, while five families placed their orders. It was at least 15 minutes. Then just as our turn came to order, the lady behind us asked the only person at the counter taking orders, if they had any more of a certain pastry. The counter person said they would have to check in the back. We politely said we were next in line and we only needed 1 baguette. The counter person was very rude and said he had to go into the back. We said we were next and we should be waited on first. He again rudely said he was going to the back and walked away. We decided to leave after waiting all that time because of a very rude employee. Just terrible customer service to what had been loyal customers.

Should have read the reviews before coming here. Terrible service, rude employees, clearly not interested in customer service. Food was not worth it either, fries were hard and dry - obviously from frozen. Don’t waste your money here. Decoration is nice and place has potential but require major changes.
