whoever working today fire him or train him .has no customer service and needs a hug . i’m vegan and he told me i asked for chicken when i know i didn’t. he definitely didn’t seem like he wanted to correct it even if i said it by mistake somehow it don’t matter. i want falafel give me falafel. don’t sit here badgering and blaming (the customer) i refuse to spend my money on poor customer service. i work in the service industry so i demand good service when i'm out as well . this place is not the same place as last year. the door will slam on you it needs to be fixed. it slammed on me when i walked out after telling the rude gentleman have a great day after not continuing with him and his accusations . also there is that weird smell your greeted at by the door way that makes you not want to eat there. was not there a year ago.. maybe it’s the dude working there not sure. i will be back hopefully to remove this review on my next visit …

The woman behind the counter was rude and unhelpful. As if she is doing us a favor to prepare what we ordered. The food was mediocre at best. Only go there if you like callous and uncaring people. We won't be going back and do not recommend this restaurant. Spend your hard-earned money in a restaurant where the owners care about serving their customers.

Had the falafel, pretty sure falafel and drink was charged the same amount as the combo ehich would have included fries. ~15. Some of the toppings were spoiled when I tasted individually namely the mango sauce and sour kraut. They charge too much and food is ok, I think I get a better deal and FOOD at Jaruseleum market.

We buy food from here for lunch all the time at work! We like to call it Falafel Fridays! It's so authentic and get the best for your buck! Very good & the people are super sweet!

Fantastic food, although a little pricey, but completely worth it. The portion size are generous, and the food is made fresh and tasty.

The bald guy behind the counter was extremely rude and humiliating. This was in the morning. I always order lunch from pita pita every other day. Been several years now but after this incident , I will no longer be coming here. I used to spend at least $100 a months here at pita pita . But now You have lost my business. Regarding the food I ordered , the server was sloppy , very messy , and unhygienic. Refused to wear gloves when I requested and kept coughing. I asked for an extra plate and he refused. Said, "you don't need extra plates". I tried to grab extra plates myself and he rudely snatched it out my hand. This was right after I paid for my food. I am extremely upset with this incident. My family and I are in the food industry since the past 40 years so we know this sort of behavior is unacceptable. I wanted to speak to a manager because I was humiliated in front of my guests. Will never come back again.

It's been a long time since I've eaten here and it still the best place for shawarma or falafel. I was get the wrap, because you get the ingredients distributed evenly. Sorry for not taking a picture before I ate, but I add a shot before I was done. Friendly staff, clean place.

Fries were DISGUSTING! Yuck. Never had such horrible soggy fries....the shawarma was ok... and the kubbeh is good. Its pretty clean inside and they have seating area. All in all 2.5 stars outta 5.
