I’d always wanted to go to a rainforest cafe so when I saw this one I was very excited to try it. I can’t say I will be in a hurry to go back. While the decor is great and makes for a different dining experience, that was really the only good point. I personally found the menu quite limited, the food was ok, the service was extremely slow and the waitress we had wasn’t very engaged, welcoming or particularly polite. While I did like the decorations it is incredibly dark in there and makes it difficult to see and as it is loud (due to the sound effects and volume of people) it’s very difficult to have an actual conversation so probably better for groups or families rather than with someone you want to talk to. I would also say this restaurant isn’t great value for money; two sodas, fajitas and a burger was $80. I guess I would sum it up as a fun novelty but next time I’ll probably just stick to drinks at the bar if I feel the need to enjoy the decor.

The food and drinks were excellent they were a little busy, so the service was a little slow. I would definitely go back, the ambiance is really nice and perfect for a family.

The new menu items were not very appetizing, the server brought my sons' meal out late. There was a large birthday party there between a few AA families there close by. The parents let the kids run amok through the restaurant, bothering other diners and families. I complained to the Manager and nothing was done about it. Not going to be returning.

We visited your Sawgrass location today, as we have many times before, and I felt compelled to share how disappointed we were with this experience. After waiting to be seated, we then had an extremely long wait for our food, even though we placed our order immediately. The delay was so significant that a family seated at the same time as us finished their entire meal before we even received one dish. At no point did anyone acknowledge the delay or offer any explanation or apology. When the food finally arrived, it was unfortunately just as disappointing. The vegetables were mushy, the salmon had no seasoning at all, and the shrimp tasted as if it had been refried. It genuinely felt like cafeteria food. This was far from the quality we’ve come to expect. Definitely will not be returning.

The food is delicius, but they took too long to serve the food, the animals and noises are cool, it makes me feel like I’m in a jungle! so ill give it 4.5 stars rating for the restaurant, Angelina was good, by the way 👍🍔
It was amazing! The only downside I would say is the fact I couldn't eat much there. As a picky eater who wanted chicken nuggets and grilled cheese—it was only available to 10 year olds. I believe it should be available to all but it being called a kids menu meaning mostly kids order from it. That's just my opinion, everything else was outstanding!

Waiting time for a pre-booked table almost 15 minutes. The meal also took a long time. The food “Trio - Steck, Ribs, Coconut Shrimps” was really deficient, the Steak was totally tough - partly cartilaginous, the ribs very fat. An experience we will certainly not have there again, because this Restaurant won't see us again. It's a pity a meal to forget.

Very glad that the Rainforest Cafe has survived and has a location in greater Miami. Adult meals are a little pricey but the kids' meals are well-priced and the ambience is truly what makes it a gem!!
