Took 20 minutes to sit down when the restaurant was nearly empty, food took over 30 minutes to arrive with some items cold in the appetizer sampler and the seafood taste of the islands had some of the shrimp cool. Rice was cool and old and the the tilapia was raw and they took it back and took another 20 minutes to arrive which they recooked the same fish that was sent back. Asked for a spoon and they gave me a small dessert spoon and left. Not sure how this place is still in business with this service and quality of food. It was a birthday dinner and if it was not for my family I would have made a big stink about the entire situation but I had to keep my cool and rather just leave. Manager never came to address the raw fish just had the server say she was sorry. You will see the response below to review on another website, nothing will be done about and they will continue this horrible service. Best you can do is dispute the charges so they learn a lesson.

It is unusual for a themed restaurant to have great tasting food, but this place is one of those exceptions. Be careful if you do not like to dine surrounded by screaming children, but if you realize that it comes with the territory then you will have an excellent experience.

We went to celebrate my niece birthday. We loved the atmosphere great for the family to enjoy. The food was delicious, and the plates were well made worth your money. I do recommend you to go visit yourself for the experience and they have a gift shop. I will call ahead to reserve a table, especially on the weekends, since they are located inside of the mall.
Very nice atmosphere, especially if you have children. The dishes are very good and plentiful but the note is a little salty! Very good time all the same. And if you have certain cocktails, they offer you the glass.

We had an absolutely awesome time at Rainforest Cafe! Food was absolutely delicious and well-portioned. One critique I have is they should really put the calories on the menu, a lot of restaurants do this (even the fancy sit downs that are priced higher than this) so I feel it can be reasonably done. Other than that, I would definitely recommend this restaurant, especially if you’re hungry after some brisk walking of Sawgrass Mills!
