Local place, right over the hill from my house. I had been hesitant to try and my husband finally convinced me. It was really really good. I had the pastor tacos and queso fundido app. Everything was nice and clean and well put together. Food had great flavor. Not sure why there are bad reviews here. Shame. This is a little business, stuck in the corner of the plaza and doesn't get the recognition it should.
This is an excellent restaurant. Not simply for Mexican, but it is a good restaurant overall. The Mexican dishes are unique and very tasty. You can find some unusual dishes, not just the standard Tex Mex fare. The Tacos Gobernador are a personal favorite. But I honestly haven't had anything there I don't like.

Very good!I would only add fluent Spanish speaking employees. But sopes were good, tacos too, enchiladas delicious but churros definitely the best part.Also add mexican glass bottle coke to have the full experience.
