Very good!I would only add fluent Spanish speaking employees. But sopes were good, tacos too, enchiladas delicious but churros definitely the best part.Also add mexican glass bottle coke to have the full experience.

Local place, right over the hill from my house. I had been hesitant to try and my husband finally convinced me. It was really really good. I had the pastor tacos and queso fundido app. Everything was nice and clean and well put together. Food had great flavor. Not sure why there are bad reviews here. Shame. This is a little business, stuck in the corner of the plaza and doesn't get the recognition it should.

This is an excellent restaurant. Not simply for Mexican, but it is a good restaurant overall. The Mexican dishes are unique and very tasty. You can find some unusual dishes, not just the standard Tex Mex fare. The Tacos Gobernador are a personal favorite. But I honestly haven't had anything there I don't like.

Worse experience ever. I ordered two tampiqueñas and a kids quesadillas and i didn't receive anything of my ordered. First of all the promised 20 minutes to be ready and they took even longer than promise (40 minutes) so they gave me a side of churros for the long wait. When I get home what a surprise, they gave me a steak with corn on the cop and a spicy tortilla. When I saw the kids quesadilla they gave an appetizer. Like really. On top of everything I called the restaurant again and they have the oddasity to tell me that they can give me a side of churros for the mistake. Really people. I live 25 minutes away from that place. Very disappointing ? I will never go here.

Great cheese with pasilla Chile enchiladas , excellent flavor and presentation. A spicy five star dish . Last time I ate a similar dish was in Mexico City. Carne a la Tampiqueńa had a good presentation, good Meat , probably the best looking dish in this restaurant. The churros have the perfect thickness and crunchiness, best Mexican churros in the area!

Yesterday we ordered from this restaurant. The enchilada was totally uneatable. Too salty, poorly presented, and wth a strange consistency. As we called the restaurant to tell them, they couldn't care less. Bad food, poor service. Never from this restaurant again

Ate here today food was awful. Tortillas where stale, some pf them simply bad. Seasoning was inexistent, ate before in their old location with a much better experience.

I can't remember if I ever left a review for this place. It was terrible to say the least. It is beautifully decorated. I have dined at some of the finest restaurants in the world. Believe me when I tell you... whoever is in the kitchen has no idea what they are doing. Their taste pallet is dead. Nothing had salt, taste or spice! Even Taco Bell is better tasting than this place (and I hate Taco Bell)... it is all tasteless food!! Don't waste your time or money going. Oh and it's very expensive $$$$. Maybe if the price was super cheap $ the food "might" taste decent? Nahhhh...get a real chef or a Me Ivan grandma that knows what she's doing. I would maybe just suggest going for a drink. But that's it!!
