I liked it alot, guys make solid pizzas. Not only that but they really got some chill people that seem genuine with their costumer service. I come back every now and then when I feel like getting some good pizzas and spaghettis. I wish people would try out this awesome place more often.

Very bad customer service they are a rip off they put there prices on top the board but when you go to check out it total different price and than the manger turn around and tell me that he couldn't change the price whatever price up is the price

My daughter got one slice and it made her sick. It was a reheated slice and she was too shy to tell me or anyone at Sbarro that part of the slice was still cold. Who knows how long it had been out! Later that day she was sick. This was a weekday so it might have been a slower day and not as many sales as the weekend and that pizza remained out longer than usual, to the point of making someone sick. Never going back!

The food was delicious, we ordered two slices of pizza and two slices of bread with cheese and bread with garlic, the price is medium high, the service was fast. The only thing we didn't like was that while we were standing in line, homeless people approached us asking for money/food, it must be a security issue for the mall more than the store.

Went to this place to have lunch while shopping at the Sawgrass Mills Outkets and got very disappointed. I ordered 2 lasagnas with one drink and nothing else. I paid $32 without taxes and tip I asked if the lasagna comes with at least a piece of bread or something else and I was told no, everything else is at an extra cost. Absolutely insane and costly for just a small lasagna, not worth the money for the size. Staff was friendly, but what you get is absolutely not worth the money. Not recommended if you’re looking for a decent lunch meal.

I'm going back to sawgrass in 3 weeks, I hope to have a new experience. anyway i love sbarros i hope it can improve❤️

Just went and asked for a whole pizza and the guy told me they weren't doing that today. I order 4 slices and paid 28 dollars. You guys need better customer service and prices.
13.99 for this before taxes. 1 pathetic meatball and a small bowl to eat out of. Worst value for money, regretted my order the moment he served me my meal.
