“I went there for the first time today to grab Sunday dinner after a busy weekend. I was greeted with a complimentary cup of lemonade which hit the spot and got a refill while I waited for my food. The food was fresh, large portions, ridiculously tasty and I cannot wait to return. Run dont walk to Lickie Stickie!! You will not regret it!“

“Excellent!! I went Just Spoons for brunch. First I would suggest make reservations. This restaurant gets crowded fast. I had the grilled shrimp and fried catfish w/ eggs and grits. Enough for 2 people and it delicious. My daughter had the curry shrimp and grits awesome and flavorful. My severer was Sean was attentive answered questions about the dishes and the drink menu is like no other I had the brunch punch ( contains alcohol)and my daughter the sunset ( non alcohol) both excellent. This my first time at this restaurant and it now on my restaurant rotation.“

“This place has the best Oyster Rockefellers ever. The lamb chops where pleasing as well. My hubby enjoyed the fried chicken and the mac n cheese, he stated the collards were okay, a little bit to salty. Other than that, our server was the greatest and the atmosphere was all that.“

The greens were phenomenal and we all know it’s tough to get good greens and I ordered the pork chop, which was amazing as well. “These guys are THE BEST. Not only is the food just as amazing as it’s always been (I’ve been a semi-regular for nearly 25 years), but the staff and management are top notch. Recently my best friend passed and his brother knew he loved Catfish Dewey’s, so he wanted to have a dinner there with local friends, neighbors, and colleagues. I went in and spoke to Joe, the manager. He assured they’d make it happen and they did so, flawlessly and with great attention to detail. They managed a party of nearly 48 people in addition to their regular clientele, even bringing in extra staff to help with the event. These folks went out of their way to make sure this special event went flawlessly and it did. The waitresses, whose names I cannot remember (I told you I wouldn’t…sorry! Ha!) were amazing. Food runners, on point. Bartenders, outstanding. Management, excellent. There’s a lot of love and care in this establishment and it should be celebrated. There’s not enough of that these days. Support local businesses who care, especially those with GREAT food AND great people like Catfish Deweys.“
