“Tried this gem for the first time and my goodness! I will definitely be back! The food was fresh, delicious, and well priced. Everything was cooked to perfection. I had breakfast while my husband had the dinner. Both of us were extremely satisfied with our dishes. Looking for a good old fashioned breakfast, look no further! Want delicious corn bread, fried pork chop, grilled snapper, homemade Mac and cheese, and candied yams, look no further. Service was excellent, it felt like you were in your favorite aunt's kitchen. 10 out of 10, I highly recommend!“

“Excellent!! I went Just Spoons for brunch. First I would suggest make reservations. This restaurant gets crowded fast. I had the grilled shrimp and fried catfish w/ eggs and grits. Enough for 2 people and it delicious. My daughter had the curry shrimp and grits awesome and flavorful. My severer was Sean was attentive answered questions about the dishes and the drink menu is like no other I had the brunch punch ( contains alcohol)and my daughter the sunset ( non alcohol) both excellent. This my first time at this restaurant and it now on my restaurant rotation.“

“Not sure what the bad reviews about but mannnn I went here for the first time with my sons and their food is AMAZING my kids and I are literally parked in front of them tearing up our food right now. We got the chicken, shrimp and fries and i got their mac and cheese and rice. They were very nice, and had great customer service. I will definitely go to them again when I come back to visit.“

“For a beachfront restaurant, the menu is extensive and some of the dishes are quite interesting, I was pleasantly surprised (even a little impressed). Especially the grilled Mediterranean sardines, which were quite good, and the small Greek salad was also fresh, but the vinaigrette would have been better. This is a very child-friendly place with great service and can accommodate a large group of adults and a group of children. Reasonable prices and right on the beach. The portions are generous“

You probably thought I forgot about the “Pikliz” (Haitian hot sauce)? It was some of the freshest servings of pikliz I’ve had. Although it was a fried food platter, the serving wasn’t drenched in oil. The Akra and bannann pézé were crispy, not overcooked, and well seasoned. The griot was well prepared, soft, and well spiced. I highly recommended this place if you’re in the mood for some authentic Haitian cuisine.“
