Every time that I go, it’s what I expect. That is some good food for a good price. No one ever said this was the place of spectacular southern hospitality, just that they provide food. I mind my business, get what I need, fill my belly, and have a good day. I have never been met with a nasty attitude because I don’t go there looking for people to be overly cheerful and friendly. Everything always tastes made to order. It’s like having a meal that your grandmother spent all day in the kitchen making. They are not shy on the portions so you get your money’s worth.

To be honest. This place HAD history. Up front service seemed disinterested in. I remember good cuts of chicken and people in the back that cooked food with love and quicky. Took a first timer there and was lowkey embarrassed that I did.. While the food wasn't bad it wasn't the quality of which I was accustomed.
