Food and drinks are great. I am having a problem with the service. I asked for a cup of water after purchasing two impossible sandwiches and an iced espresso and never got the water. Stood up to ask again and was completely ignored. I also want to mention I used to work for Starbucks and I know this treatment to customers is not tolerated.
