Subway on Pine Island North of 44th St

Worst experience. Went in at 5:30pm to get a sub. Employee tells me that I can't order,he is only taking online order because he closing at 6pm and it takes him half an hour to put all the stuff away. The sign on the door said 7pm.Then he tells me that I can place my order online. I asked what's the difference of me going on my phone and order online when I'm here right in front of you. He said he wouldn't need to ask me what I want. He can just read off the paper. When I walked out, some customers of the same race went in and I saw him taking there order. I hate to make it seems like a race thing, but that is how I feel.

I came and had two customers ahead of me and she seemed calm and collected and was able to properly provide service and product to them all while being kind. She was also kind and efficient when she helped me and my sandwich looks so good. I’m excited to eat my lunch!

Ordered twice online for pickup and got exactly what I ordered

This is important because I've been to another subway that charged me for something they didn't have and another that don't let you decide the option they just include what they want.

Customer is always right because it's the customer money followed by the experience

I orderd a veggie sub and Kaitlyn took my order:)) She was super sweet and took great care of me and my sub :) everything is super sanitary and my sub was AMAZINGGGGG thank you Kaitlyn<3

This lady is extremely rude. Doesn’t even say hello to customers when they enter the building. She has a very bad attitude. She does not wear gloves when she is cleaning. And I am a customer that frequently comes into this facility at least twice a week, but to be honest, I will not come back as long as she is working at this facility after seeing everything that I have seen and how nasty she is with the customers as well as cleans people even dipping her hands in the cleaning and then just putting it on there to serve drinks. My next step is make a report with the Better Business Bureau as well as the food And health department. She also use the same gloves for four different customers, as well as was touching every possible thing with those gloves on as she was making everybody sandwiches. Once again, I will be reporting this as well as the videos and pictures to the health department. I am really disappointed. I come into your facility at least three times a week. This is the second time that I’ve had to deal with her and both times have been horrible. This particular time was crazy.

Came here to redeem my birthday cookie; also ordered two subs. Only one employee for the evening shift on a Tues in the middle of May 2024. Always love Subway’s food, but definitely lack of an atmosphere here with the plaza and the inside being deserted. I did enjoy the customer service and how attentive they were to my two subs.

There is something about this place the Hispanic short woman with short black hair who was on shift at 2pm on 12/5/2023 was horrible irate! She was very rude I was trying to order a foot long but apparently they didn’t have what I wanted so I was looking at the menu to order something else she than proceeded to say you don’t know what you want and she yells over me “next” before I can even open my mouth she rushed me and made me feel very uncomfortable! She came out from the back on the phone didn’t wash her hands and proceeded to put on gloves. I waited until she was off the phone she could’ve waited for my order ?I never leave reviews but this one is needed fire this woman ASAP!!!!!!!!!!! Or talk to her cause if I come across her next time it won’t be me just walking away and saying never mind! I am so upset I want to turn around and fuss her out!!

It was Monday 5 pm, hungry just came off of work the man working let 2 customers out (looked like his friends) then locked the door on my face then comes back to the door saw me and didn't open. If he was going to use the bathroom he could've let me in to see what I'm going to order so that's no excuse. 1 star only because there's no negative stars
