I came to this taco bell on University around 8pm and waited in drive thru for about 5 minutes which isnt super crazy but still. Food was ready once I got to the window. I used the app to make a mobile order and redeem a free hot tier reward which was the cheesy bean and rice burrito and also a double stacked taco with sour cream. Taco Bell is a great fast food place for tacos and burritos. But, more often than not, when I've gotten my burritos, they are COLD. Yep, that's what I said. When I get home I have to heat them in the microwave. So, the only thing I would ask Taco Bell is ... please heat up the food before you give to us the customers.
This particular location had the potential for 5 stars but it often times hit and miss. There's this one particular employee that causes the location to receive a low rating in my opinion her customer service could be much h better. The food is ok and sometimes it's great. I guess it has its days
