Always our favorite take-out when visiting South florida. Extensive dim sum menu and plenty of standard entrees as well.

We ordered General Tso’s chicken through DoorDash. I don’t usually write negative reviews, but this dish was unfortunately inedible. The chicken was extremely tough and rubbery. I was very disappointed with the quality

My wife and I had a taste for dim sum.
So today we went to Toa Toa.
BBQ pork bun was burnt On the bottom not alittle but a lot we took a bite but you only tasted burnt.
The egg custard tart wasn’t burnt but it was to well done. I never write reviews. This is my first.
Because it was such a terrible experience
I will let people know . Don’t waste your time or money Cost $50 including the tip.
Years ago, this was a hotspot for dim sum

FOOD IS TASTELESS, PORTION SIZE IS SMALL, I PAID $18 FOR A PINT OF TASTELESS BROTH & STINKY SHRIMP BALLS, STRING BEANS ARE BLAND & OVERCOOKED!!! DON’T WASTE YOUR TIME & MONEY I PAID EXTRA FOR A GINGER VINAIGRETTE THAT I DIDN'T RECEIVE . EVEN THOUGH I CALLED THE RESTAURANT TO ENSURE ITS A LARGE BROTH THEY STILL SENT ME A PINT 😭😭😭😭😭😭😭 SO UPSET & DISAPPOINTED
We’ve been loyal Toa Toa customers for the past 26 years. Yes, the décor is outdated and the service is suspect, but the food never disappoints. Toa Toa has great dim sum, the best we’ve tried in Florida by far. Don’t expect the classic rolling cart experience; Toa Toa is strictly a-la-carte. These are our favorite dim sum items: stuffed tofu, deep fried shrimp dumpling, shrimp taro, and the stuffed bean curd skin. Additionally, their House Special Pan Fried Noodles is excellent. I’ve had better Dim Sum in other states and in Asia, but Toa Toa reigns supreme in Florida, as far as I’m concerned.
Orange chicken was great and had extra for lunch the next day!!
It was horrible to see the waiter pick up the leftover food. Will never come again

No other Chinese restaurant in broward compares. Consistently great dim sum, the best general tso’s I’ve ever had, friendly service, always clean. Perfect restaurant.
Wow!! The hot oil dumplings are delicious!! They were so good we ordered them 2 days in a row! And the pork lo mein was the best I’ve had in a long time! We’ll definitely be ordering again!
Been coming here for the last 20 years always consistent good food good service you need to try it. The dim sum is just like in Chinatown, New

Fort Lauderdale is starving for proper Chinese restaurants. This place is the best of the area even if the food doesn't stand up to other major cities. This would be a 3 anywhere else.
I was happy to get some authentic options, but they are catering the flavours to the locals.
Keep your expectations low and you will be happy.
Staff is very nice, the owner came and chatted with us and made us feel very welcome.
