I like me a pizza place with a bar. Had very friendly service.

We were there to have some fries and more and we had a nice easy time while sitting way in the back of the nice outdoor section while the band was playing and it was easy to see everyone just having a nice time all around.

The servers came by a few times to ask if we would like to order something but not in a rush and then when we were ready someone else came by and his name was Fred as in Flintstone and he went to get what we wanted to order and he was so nice and pleasant and everything was very clean especially for an outdoor section of a restaurant with a bar and music and as many times as I've been there it has always been a nice experience.

We were passing through the area and searched for a place to eat. Stopped here…we were greeted by all staff in a friendly manner. The food was exceptional; our waitress, Alma, was attentive, friendly, and efficient. She was very polite and made us feel like we were old friends. We will definitely eat here again, and, hopefully Alma will be our waitress.

I've had the chance to try takeout here a couple of times, and while the dine-in experience seems great, I’ve encountered some challenges with the takeout. The first time was mostly fine, but I noticed the menu mentioned potato salad with the tenders, and I didn’t receive it, nor the blue cheese. On my second takeout order, I ran into an issue where the tater tots were piled on top of one of the meals, which unfortunately made the Chicken Parm nearly impossible to eat as it was smothered by them. I’ve attached a picture so you can get a sense of how it looked. Do you think this is appetizing? If the containers aren’t big enough, I’d recommend either upgrading them or using two to keep the food from getting mixed up. Please vent the container so it doesn't steam the food and make the fries/tots soggy.

The service also felt a bit off. I didn't feel very welcomed when I came to pick up my order; it seemed like I was more of an inconvenience than a customer. I was also a bit surprised when I didn’t receive my exact change back on $103.26, and I was handed $16 as change, which I assume the rest was meant as a tip. I usually tip on takeout.

I don’t typically leave reviews this critical, but I wanted to share my experience, especially since I was hoping to make this a regular spot. I hope these issues can be addressed because the potential is there, and it would be great to add this place to our weekend rotation.

The Ford was amazing. We had a big party and Alma was our server and was the best Ever. Thank-you Alma for tres tina mi familia like family. We will be back for pizza night.
