The worst service ever!!! I work in the mall and I told them to add the discount, but I guess the guy didn’t know how to so he didn’t when he told me that he did. After getting my receipt, I asked if they could add the mall discount and they just looked at each other and said they wouldn’t because “they would have to go through a whole process”. So, instead they tried to give me 25 cents back, after I bought 2 pretzels and a lemonade. Now the pretzels they had out looked dry, so I told them that I would wait the 5-10 minutes for the fresh pretzels and when I got them they were also burnt. This place is very unprofessional and lazy, don’t even waste your time here. Might as well go to the other pretzel place in the mall.

We loved and got addicted to Wetzel's Pretzels while staying in the United States. Those pretzels were just great!
