If you from south FL you already know 509 can do better.What’s going on with the prices and portions?? Y’all been disappointing me lately.. Don’t get me wrong, the food is good though.

I Pay almost $40 dollar for a meal combo of fried fish, rice and beans, salad and fried plantains and a MacNChesse on the side and my order was incomplete and so salty the fish and the beans, and the salad together w the food, The salad was damaged, no good! bad experience with my food and for a pregnant woman, missed my macandChsse and my plantains 👎 bad customer service when u call to order the lady just hang up the phone before you finishing talking😔 the fried chicken my first time was good, but my second time was frustrating for me.

They need to improve customer service, they hardly answer the calls, the food should not be salty, and they should pack the entire order. I tried to call to put my complain but since they don't answer I preferred to put it here😢

I heard about this place recently & decided to give it a try & was so impressed with the food & service but more so the price. The food was done to order & Jason was so kind & patient in explaining everything to me. I had the Chicken in sauce & Tilapia this time around but will be going back whenever I get a chance to try out the fried & jerk chicken. All the thumbs to this restaurant, fresh food done to order, please don’t ever change. I love that they are open daily & also deliver, please keep up the great work. I feel like I can’t stop writing as there is so much great things to share 👏

Checked in when I got there and what ended up being my food came out 2 minutes later. Ended up waiting 20 minutes for them to give me my food after i had to remind them what i was waiting on. Not a sorry or nothing.

So slow

The food is great but bad service. I waiting almost 30 minutes for my order to be taken. No one came to the front with a lobby of people that had been waiting for their food. They need more staff.

The foods really good! Portions were large imo because my roommate and I both had leftovers for the next day. This the closest authentic Haitian food I’m getting to home so I can’t complain. I got the jerk chicken, diri djon djon, mac, and a side of griot.

Great food, but terribly inconsistent with their service and menu availability. Staff is untrained on inventory and do not update their menu accordingly. Beware your order may not be available upon pickup and you will not be notified prior to waiting.

Waited over an hour for my food after we called in the quality of the fuss wasn’t the same Wednesday evening . Waiting a hour plus is unacceptable

I would have missed this gem because it was rated at 3.9 if Google maps had not suggested it. Delicious food great pricing huge portions. Wishing longevity to you and your business. If you are visiting FAMU check this place out.

Great food, very flavorful and great service. They cook to order so it may take some time but I prefer my food fresh so I believe it’s worth waiting. The haitian patties are fresh with big servings. 10/10 recommend.
