Has a nice atmosphere for a bar, but if you are expecting what you order...this is what my nachos looked like after I ordered first and received my order last out of our party. Missing quite a few items ??

Everything on website is inaccurate. Especially happy hour there basically isn’t one. Ordered cocktails off the menu and then told later after having drank them the menu states the wrong price and the drinks actually cost more money. Ordered the 3 filet medallions - one 6oz came out with no homemade steak sauce there wasn’t even A1 available in the building when asked and green beans were served instead of asparagus. We were never notified any of these changes were going to occur ahead of time to the food or drink prices they all just arrived/occurred without explanation. Terrible experience one star just so I could write this post.

Guy at omelet station was TOTALLY inexperienced. Very friendly but had no idea what he was doing and very slow. Second guy offered to help by making omelets in kitchen. He was touching his nose with his bare hands while talking. Got one order wrong, burned second order and NEVER even came back out to apologize and didn't even try to make a second one. He just disappeared. Most breakfast items looked and tasted old, like they had been sitting for a good while. Some items were never even brought out. Mimosa ordered but never came. Terrible experience. Very disappointed.

Food is not good at all. The price point of their offers adds insult to injury! If the food is yummy you can make an argument for maybe spending more.I literally had one relative and her husband eat before they came because of a graduation party we had a few years ago at this same restaurant and the food was bad then! We couldn't understand why our host chose it again - we concluded convenience.Time did nothing to correct what ails this establishment. It needs updated decor, updated menu and the taste of the food is substandard. The shrimp I ordered over arugula had to be returned to the kitchen because several shrimp were as hard as rocks. A few guests in our party couldn't get the wings they ordered because they ran out of them and they weren't even busy! The only thing that saved our party is that we were together celebrating as a family and we had a very nice young lady as our server who did her best.I really enjoy giving great reviews but just not possible here.

I made a reservation a week prior to the event which was a work party. They were out of all fries and several other items. I ordered a NY strip and they waited until other people in the party started getting food before letting me know they were out. There were many complaints about the food such as the salad having dirt in it, the potatoes were so salty they couldn't be eaten, the fish was not good. The waiter seemed very confused and no idea what was going on. The only good thing was the atmosphere outside where we were seated. The entire party was less than satisfied and we will not be holding it here next year. I know everyone has off days but as popular as Andrew's is, this was unacceptable. Especially considering how much money was spent.

We both had the cobb salad. It was good and the chicken was really tender. Best chicken in a salad I've ever had. Not crowded, good service. Would eat here again.

We went for Sunday brunch, which includes the options of buffet or brunch menu items. I ordered the classic Eggs Benedict from the menu, which was ok though the side of fruit had seen better days. The Eggs Benedict at La Peep or Original Pancake House are significantly better. My wife had the avocado toast entry, picture included. Yes, the entree was a single piece of thin bread with a tiny bit of avocado and tomatoes on top. That is a $10 slice of coated toast. Others in our group had the buffet ($23 I believe), that looked ok and most were happy with it. The wait staff were doing a good job.

Went for dinner on 10/8/22. Place was quiet, host and waitress were really welcoming and good at their jobs. The food however, was disappointing at best. The nachos are very strange - tortilla chips with big chunks of lettuce and some string cheese. One of the members of our party got their meal after the rest of us had finished eating and his tuna was frozen solid in the center. Obviously, taken off the bill, but the fact was that they clearly didn’t have the proper ingredients and instead of giving him notice to make a different choice, they chose to serve uncooked food.Personally, I think there are much better restaurants in the area to try.

We had a great server and loved the entertainment (went 8/13/22). The giant pretzel was great. Loses 2 stars for my truffle burger being way overcooked. Would have been delicious if not for that.

I took home a raw truffle burger tonight. The Sassy shrimp was super beat and fatigued! Also, none of the food looks like the pix. Please bring back the old kitchen crew!Truffle Melt Burger

We had a graduation party here. The room was quiet for us so we appreciate that. The waiter was overwhelmed and super strained. He was nice and a very hardworking but couldn’t do anything about the slow food service and backed up bar. Our filet tips were extremely salty and very well done, and some food came out cold. - Our waiter tried hard to be on top of us and did a good job with what he was handed! I will not dine here again.

I feel terrible because I never post bad reviews but this warranted one. My husband and I were hoping to go on a nice date night but the restaurant we were hoping to go to had an hour wait. We saw Andrews was up the street and had decent reviews so we decided to head over. The first clue should’ve been how dead it was but we thought maybe it was a hidden gem. Far from it. As someone with a severe gluten allergy I was happy to see there was a key stating there was GF options but to my surprise none of the items were marked as gluten free. I asked our server who said she wasn’t sure but she did check on what would be an option in the end. The food came out and was honestly terrible. My husband said his dish tasted canned and mine tasted like it had been reheated in a microwave. The steak I ordered medium was severely overdone and gray. Not sure why it’s labeled as Market Price when they’re definitely not fresh. The whipped potatoes were sitting in a puddle of something and the plain asparagus were probably the best thing on the plate. They also charge extra for using a credit card instead of cash which doesn’t seem to make sense since the prices are extremely high (both dishes were just shy of $30). Between the overpriced dishes, poor taste, and mediocre service we couldn’t get out fast enough and definitely wouldn’t recommend. It really ruined our night as we had high hopes. We literally feel robbed because of how much money it cost and how bad it was.

Good choice The drinks were on point. Had the salmon burger with fries. Tasty. My husband had the truffle melt. He agreed it was tasty as well

Cool little place with pretty good food, I should say. Service was nice and not stagnant like many places today. My shock came when I received the bill and had an extra charge that was not for food or drink. I asked the server about it and she explained that it was a charge that they are starting to do. She had the manager come over to explain the charge and he let me know that it was a charge the ownership is implementing to cover costs for merchants and other things. He was happy to remove it since I was not. Seems to me that restaurants are beginning to put phantom charges on the bills as most people don't pay attention to them and just pay. I have seen this is mostly locally owned places because I tend to support them over big chains. But increasingly, I am beginning to wonder if I should eat out at all. PAY ATTENTION TO YOUR BILLS, PEOPLE!!!

First of all, I did enjoy my meal here. Service and food were not the issue. The concern is the extra charge on the bill. I was not thrilled to see an extra $5+ added on for some phantom fee. Everyone is feeling the pinch of high prices for any and everything. When you go into a restaurant you don't expect it to continue. But, alas, it does. I spoke to the manager about it and he had it removed. But these restaurants are turning into hotels with resort fees. What value are we getting out of these rampant charges? I can tell what they are getting. Richer...
