Applebee's Grill + Bar

Service was excellent I had a great experience and my server cookie she was amazing! She was nice and friendly. She made sure everything came out right and continued to make sure we were ok. Thanks for a great time!

The place was nasty, food all over the floors, like they hadn't been cleaned in months. Ask if the tables were dirty, including the one we got seated at. We got seated and waited for 20 minutes without any service so we walked out. Nobody said a thing to us. We will never go back and don't suggest anyone go there unless you want to get sick.

Walked in, received no help, no greeting, just sat at an unattended bar with big appetites. So we left. We went to Maddios instead, $50.00 well spent.

Waited 10 minutes to be seated and then 10 more minutes before a drink order was even taken. Took 15 minutes for them to take. Make our drinks and then take our order and the restaurant was not even busy. It was less than half full. Our food was way way overpriced and it was not good. It was horrible. We have nothing good to say about this place. Will never go there again.

Why go to Applebees? For the chicken tenders? For the happy hour specials? Well I went for a quick lunch and those amazing burgers on their commercials. To my great disappointment I received the item in the pictures below. I ordered the new neighborhood double burger. Check out the pictures on their website. Why Applebees!? Why?

As the general manager of a restaurant myself... I would be absolutely ashamed to find out that my crew cared this little about order accuracy and having orders done at the promised time. If someone spends $99 dollars on a night when my restaurant is almost completely empty, I would take the time to make it correctly and not make them wait an additional 40 minutes. I would make sure that a person that knows how to temp the steaks prepares them and that someone who knows how to read the ticket prepares the rest. Also, the sides and sauces would have been nice to have. Do better.

We came in on a Saturday night and IT WAS NOT BUSY!! My food was remade twice and it still wasn’t right. Our server Cookie was so kind. The appetizer came out after the actual food. My kids didn’t get their food until after our food came. Like I don’t get it. All the servers are new…like 3 days working new, the food isn’t cooked correctly…like I won’t be back. The wait time is awful, it seemed like every server but 2 had attitudes. It was a wait for some drinks. Don’t waste your money, go elsewhere.

Kid-friendliness: Lots of options on the kids menu.

My husband and I came here for a little lunch date and it was one of the best experiences we’ve had in a while. When you think of Applebee’s you typically think it’s going to be trash. Kheica (Khi) was outstanding. This young woman was acting as the hostess, server, bartender and the food runner and she handled it all with perfection and grace. She was pleasant, the drinks were strong and made to perfection, the service was spectacular and the food came out hot, fresh, and cooked beautifully. Khi was attentive as well as gave us great recommendations that we were pleased with.We both ordered medium well burgers- my husband had the bacon cheeseburger and I had the new mushroom Swiss burger- and whoever was the chef— Cooked it just right. The only issue was that my mushroom Swiss burger said it came with some type of Cajun seasoning but it didn’t taste seasoned. We also had the spinach dip and that was cooked hot, fresh and right!This was the best lunch in a while.

Applebee’s is definitely one of our regular restaurants. Well tonight was no different. Besides the greeter wiping the table and leaving it wet and sticky as well as the menus that was our only bad experience. Our waitress Ray was amazing. She waited on the three tables next to us including our own and she was killing it. She was attentive, made sure our drinks were filled and got our food out hot and ready. Definitely will be coming back to this location. Really enjoyed everything. ?

I had the worst experience with my server her service sucked! She literally had thee audacity to tell me she forgot about us then we asked about salt pepper napkins she never brought them we had to ask the bust boy to get it for us then our drinks sat at the bar getting watered down for 15-20mins til she decided to bring it to us I should of known when I walked in and another party asked for a different waitress but I tried to give her the benefit of the doubt but nope I see why they asked for a new waitress the only good thing in this is your kitchen Manger Ren was so nice and listened to my concerns he did offer me something off and I refused I just wanted someone to know about the waitress from H.E.L.L. I ended up taking my food home because it got cold but it was tasty the few bites I had!!! My waitress was Yiraliz P. aka gigi never again!

Ate here between 5-6pm. I ordered the bourbon chicken and shrimp. My husband had a cheeseburger and our daughter had tenders and fries. Our server was polite and attentive and was also the bartender. I can’t remember her name but she was good and the food was hot and delicious, cooked perfectly. They were super slow, business wise, with only like 3 other tables occupied. Very clean and good atmosphere. Would recommend to anyone.

Ate here with a large group, we were able to sit right away because they weren’t busy at all. It took the better part of an hour and a half to get food out, and after two and a half hours one member of our group still didn’t get to eat because they got his order wrong twice (requested no bacon, both times his order came out with bacon). A few of us (myself included) never got drinks despite asking several times. Service was slow and barely civil, and the food quality was decent but not enough to redeem even a two star review.

Today (11.26.2022) at approximately 4.33p our family left this location after waiting at the hostess station for almost 11 minutes. Again, NO one greeted us or anything. 3 Servers looked at us (didn't acknowledge us) and... Kept serving!

Food was good, same as any other Applebee's. Now the drinks were made super strong,not like an Applebee's which made this experience better! I am not a fan of watered down drinks but this place did not do that. I ordered a long Island and I'm pretty sure it was 99% alcohol. I also ordered a jack and coke, I think that as well was 80% alcohol! Love a heavy pour! Makes me want to keep going back.
