During our short visit today, we were told that we had to wait 20 minutes. At which point I looked at my wife and said if we had to sit in the corner for 20 minutes while the restaurant was less than 1/2 capacity, we would go elsewhere. The hostess proceeded to insert herself in our conversation by saying that wasn't the point. There was no reason for her to insert herself in a conversation between my wife and I. Or even to be rude when she did. After speaking to a manager, we were told they only had one cook. A restaurant of this size at 12 pm can not set anyone per their procedures and lack of staffing. This is the second time in a row we have had an experience like this at this location. My advice is to go elsewhere if you want quality customer service.

we waited 35 minutes without being acknowledged at all. i asked if anyone was going to even greet us. the host then got us drinks. it was another 15 minutes before someone came and took our order. our appetizer came out along with our meals…which defeats the purpose of an appetizer. the broccoli in my alfredo was uncooked. there was no manager on duty apparently. and the staff was not very friendly. there is no reason this should have been an over two hour adventure. will not return and will not recommend this restaurant. there’s plenty of better options surrounding.
