Applebee's Grill + Bar

This place sucks I will never go back. I ordered 2 meals at 6:10pm it said pick up time was 6:20pm. My wife got off work and picked up the food to wait 40 minutes until it was ready for 2 of the same pasta meal. Then I call to make a complaint on customer service line and they want me to leave a message. Now I know Tallahassee sucks but damn.

Today was my mom’s birthday and Al she wanted was Applebees (my dad past a few back and this was they spot) the service was HORRIBLE. We waited 20 minutes before a server approached our table. Didn’t catcher name but she was talking about how she was a private chef and a chef a Backwood Crossing. Wished we had went there for better service. We had to ask to get drinks, straws, and utensils. My mom order the ribs, fries, and a side salad and she enjoyed it. I got the steak and shrimp Parmesan AMAZING!!!! Asked the server for a water refill multiple times and we was over it. She literally talked to the other bartender about all her business please improve your customer service

Place needs help. Stopped after seeing the sign on a cross country trip. They had no draft beer, and we're told it's been that way for 2 weeks. Wife said thd women's room was disgusting, despite only having 5 tables in use. Food was mediocre at best. Server was helpful & pleasant, you could tell she was frustrated by the poor management. Another bad experience at an Applebee's. This seems to be trending across the chain. I won't visit another Applebee's, the chain has lost it's way.

Avoid at all cost, sat for 30 minutes without even having my party of 6 drink orders taken. After 45 minutes my whole party
Eventually just left. NO DRINKS NO FOOD.

Horrible! set us at a broken table that rocked when our drinks were set down ask to be moved due to said table and the waitress was rude about it we should have left due to this but we didn't and we ordered the bourbon street chicken and shrimp it was not edible! It was rubbery chicken that you could not chew up and swallow and the shrimp was very fishy tasting and also rubbery! The waitress never came back to check on us our food was delivered bya busser boy! It was a total of $50.04 and wasn't worth 5 cent!!! I always tip but there is a first time for everything couldn't tip due to bad attitude and worse food!

Should have read all the bad reviews before I chose this place. Service was terrible. The kitchen staff was very animated and loud.

What a waste of time and money. I could have picked up a better quality steak and put it on the grill for the waste of my time and money I put into the restaurant. 1) The steak was over cooked from medium well, tough and poor quality meat; 2) Steak meal was missing second side (rice); 3) I requested onion topper but it included mushrooms which I do not like; 4) the order was 30 minutes later than promised but 5) the boneless wings must have been ready on time so not timing it all better, they were almost cold and tasted like they had maybe been microwaved at least once, causing them to loose the freshness if they had been freshly made.

I used to love going g to Applebee's. Unfortunately, the location closest to me service is lackluster. We ordered a trio sampler with the chicken won tons, the chicken was ice cold.

It was such an easy chill night with friends where sharing the wide variety of appetizers and 2 for 1 drinks was just the perfect amount of fun and food.

It's not an applebees anymore

Visits before were horrible service. This time our server was great! However, the food was lackluster. The Chicken Tenders were about the size of a finger, took a picture. My husband had the chicken breast, which was not tender AT ALL and was burnt on one side. We ordered the mix&match appetizer, the shrimp were miniscule. Food was not worth the money.

Walked in and sat at a table. We waited over 20 minutes and were never greeted or approached by any wait staff. We ended up Walking out and we were told to have a good day as if they were happy we were leaving.
