Applebee's Grill + Bar

I ordered the new grilled cheese cheeseburger and it was A GREAT DISAPPOINTMENT! First of all it looked nothing like the picture and the description was beyond a LIE. THERE WAS ABSOLUTELY NO CHEESE PULL ANYWHERE ON THIS SANDWICH. They poured an excess amount of sauce on it to make it look like it was cheesy i guess. This will be my last time coming here and I actually used to enjoy coming here. WHAT A GREAT DISAPPOINTMENT!!! The best thing about tonight's dinner was our server, Brittany was AMAZING. She went over and beyond to fix the mess up of this sandwich.

We should have turned around and left after we asked if they could adjust the AC warmer, it was quite chilly. Our waitress w a s nice enough to move us to a table not directly under an ac vent. She told us that they were trying to adjust the ac but it continued to pump out cold air throughout our visit.
My French Onion soup arrived cold with a hockey puck of congealed cheese on top, the second one arrived hot but not Steaming hot...and tasted like dishwater
The Chicken Bacon cheese sandwich was great, my wife loved the grill cheese burger, but the whole experience was ruined by the Frigidaire temperature.
My weather app said it was 69 degrees outside when we left, it felt so much warmer than the restaurant.

Ordered online and food was superb! Wonton tacos are super flavor full and crispy and garlic parm wings were juicy and delicious! Everything was bagged correctly and came to me very quickly!! Great job!

About 15 people at the bar, 8 people sitting outside side eating, at least five employees standing in the back talking we waited about 7 minutes before they status we waited about 7 minutes before they decided to seat us

So i went here to have a couple drinks after dinner tonight. All good at first. Ask for an Irish breakfast and they have no clue. Inform the bartender that its Jameson and Buttershots with OJ chaser and bacon to really make it pop. 45 minutes later im the problem for asking why we cant have the shot yet? Bartender couldn't get Jameson to make the shots yet, but...... im the problem? I worked at an Applebee's 30 years ago when i was 18. This experience just guaranteed ill never go to a
Applebee's again. This bartender never even heard of AYCE RIB/CHIC BASKET OR HOT BACON HONEY MUSTARD? YEAH THAT'S HOW OLD A CUSTOMER/EX SERVER YOU JUST LOST! Also, you're welcome for teaching your bartenders about the breakfast shot. Only been around for 10yrs

Got in a fight with a wizard here. Needless to say I lost. Took my mythril orb.

I was served the wrong salad twice. My husband had finished eating by the time my correct order came.

The service was great, but the chicken meat in our dishes (oriental chicken salad and Southwest chicken bowl) tasted weird and smelled like sewer…I hope this incident only happened to us and the kitchen might do some quality check.

Aspen was very friendly as well as our server! Would go back if in area again…

Food is trash. Servers are rude. Restaurant is freezing and it takes a lot for me to feel cold. Per the waitress the floor gets slippery when the air is turned down. Anyway. Have given multiple chances never going back.

Great food.. Half price Happy Hour Menu is great. Cheap cocktails too. After 10 pm . . Service was kinda slow . Waited more than 5 mins for server/bartender to wait on us.
