Never Waited 2 hours for food before I guess there’s a first time for everything

I have eating at this location at least 4 times and I always get the 8 ounce sirloin. It was very tough like leather! And the Custumer service was very disappointing the bar waitress has a very unpleasant nonchalant personality as if you she is aggravated i ordered my food February 13 around midnight. Not to mention everyone I come here it’s a very long wait. I read the reviews on here and it seems like everyone who has bad experience gets the same response! But what needs to happen is a meeting from the owner since the owner is responding saying apology! These employees need to be polite and show concern for the clients. They need to make ppl feel comfortable not make them feel like we are a bother! Even when there’s not a lot of ppl in this restaurant they still make you wait a long time! Then when they see you they act like they don’t ! I won’t be coming here again! This has been my 5th disappointment and only one review I tried to give this place a chance
But it is now understood that it will never change I’m done!

Mediocre at best. Steak was overcooked and they didn't have a steak knife only plastic silver ware. Feel like they just wanted to be lazy. I still tipped 25% but seriously do better..

Meagan is the absolute best! I didn’t even have to ask for anything - she knew when to refill my drink, when to give me to go plates and was quick and friendly. This is the only waitress I want from now on when I eat here. Meg is the true meaning of customer service

Very disappointed my mashed potatoes with cold my green bean was cold the only thing hot was the fish.not good at all, how do I give a tip in that way,if you are a good waitress you will make sure your customers food is hot and if the cook doesn't help in the right way then it's a problem in the kitchen

The staff is polite and fast service. They were all definitely trained well. I like to go there for takeout food. They have great late night specials.

The customer service at this location has been consistently disappointing. This was our second attempt to dine there for a birthday celebration with 5-6 guests. Both times, we arrived to find no host or hostess to greet us and no acknowledgment from any staff members despite being clearly visible. This location is in dire need of customer service improvements, particularly at the front entrance. We will not be returning.

My server Olivia was on point. She made sure we were all good multiple times and was super caring towards our party. She needs a raise ASAP. She also made us all laugh very hard with her funny jokes. Very attractive and cute. 5 star server 10/10 recommend.
