I used to love going g to Applebee's. Unfortunately, the location closest to me service is lackluster. We ordered a trio sampler with the chicken won tons, the chicken was ice cold.

I'm so disappointed.

Severely under staffed. Out of some basic bar ingredients, and pineapple juice is available at the store next door and across the street. Some of our appetizers and meals came more than 10 minutes after others at the table. Some parts of meals never came at all.

Ordered online and food was superb! Wonton tacos are super flavor full and crispy and garlic parm wings were juicy and delicious! Everything was bagged correctly and came to me very quickly!! Great job!
