Stopped by earlier today with my friend for an early dinner. I ordered a number 14. It was delicious going down, but not delicious coming up. ? I had severe stomach cramps within 20 mins of eating and after multiple trips to the bathroom, I started throwing up and have been throwing up so hard that it’s coming out of my nose. I’m literally hunched over my toilet as I type this. Do yourself a favor and do not eat here unless you want to spend your Friday night in the bathroom.

Stopped in for the 4 reg roast beef for $10.00. When we got home, we found our sandwiches had old, hard meat. One was so hard even the dog wouldn't eat it. Won't be visiting again anytime soon.

Manager Shawn was super nice and professional would love to visit again.
The customer service was great. Everyone was smiling and no one had an attitude. They were patient and the food was fresh. I haven't eaten at Arby's in a while but I'll definitely be back based on the customer service my family and I received. 10

My husband went twice (noon and 8:30pm) and both time the doors were locked and the dining room was closed. We went especially for the Keys to the Cheese promotion which staff had no knowledge of. I would recommend skipping at least until they have more accurate information out there on Google or their corporate site.

Yesterday was a bad day for us at one of my clients' favorite places. The cashier, who, according to my receipt, was Cynthia, had no business what so ever working the front counter. She has no customer service skills, a very bad attitude, and rude to say the least!!. Even after having to wait for our meal, our fries were "old." So I went to the counter to ask for fresh fries. The look on her face was disgusted, and she mumbled something. Two minutes later, she yelled out the name on my order, and I returned for my food. But it wasn't just my order but other customers that she was curt to. I mentioned it as I walked out, and another guest just shook his head. Needless to say, we won't be back for a while. ?♀️?.I guess I should mention that I did hear some talk about them being short handed and ppl calling in that day BUT.. still no excuse for awful customer service. You make things work and use people's strong suits. She's NOT FRONT COUNTER MATERIAL!!!

Went through the drive-through just a little bit ago, (1/7/24 @1900) and Figured I'd try their Wagyu steak burger.I wasn't impressed. I asked for no lettuce, and what I received was a burger that was heated in the microwave with cheese, onions, and paper-thin tomatoes already on it. The cheese was oily, and the paper-thin tomatoes and onions were both soggy. At least they gave me 2 packs of ketchup so I could add a little flavor to it. If I wasn't so hungry and was closer, I would've taken it back to get my $7.52 back.If you're going to keep raising prices for your profit, how about giving us a little better quality?It's no wonder the place was empty and no wait at the drive-through.The menu has some wonderful items that I would love to try, but the preparation and delivery, well, that just sucked! I'm not going to waste my money and time again.
