The staff were really nice! but the desserts were disappointing. Avoid the macarons, there’s an issue with the bake quality from the appearance which is bumpy. The inside looks raw from my photo. There is absolutely no flavor besides sugar which is a let down because pistachio is such a classic flavor. Overall for $4 dollars a macaron, save your money. The passion tarte was whatever. And the cheesecake was fair. A well executed dessert should delight the senses, these fell flat....
The best bakery in Noumea by a long margin. Not even comparable to others like Atelier Gourmand, which should be avoided at all costs. Raspberry croissants and chouqettes are real highlights, simply amazing!
I love their pastries and baguettes! This is my favorite bakery to go to in town. It reminds me of Paris in spring. I love this shop!
