I always love stopping by here when at the mall! I just HAD to leave a review after my fun experience having Avery help me at the counter and leaving me in a great mood! Y’all are doing great, keep up the high spirits! The pretzels are always so yummy and perfectly undercooked in my opinion, where the staff is always kind and welcoming.

I went to the one attached to the escalator. Staff was nice. The salted pretzels are very good ?The cinnamon sugar pretzels are tasty ? and I love the pretzel dogs ? too. Frozen lemonade is good. I would definitely go back.I will take more photos next visit!!Follow for more food reviews

The guy with the glasses at the register on 01/07/24 was extremely nice and helpful. He displayed great customer service when we received our drink although it was close to closing time. And he helped us with a smile on his face.

Have always enjoyed their pretzels, especially the traditional salty ones! Today, their customer service was over the top. I was having issues with my app and the manager worked with me in spite of the fact I couldn’t verify my reward. Good stuff!

Pretzel bites were so cold and old my daughter couldn't even chew them! When asked to get fresh they told me they were fresh... don't waste your money. We love auntie Anne's but this was by first the worst location we have ever eaten at.

Please explain to me why Annie's stopped making pretzels @5:35 pm and your hours are open till 7:00? When my turn came to be severed I asked are you making more? Nope! I drove 25 miles for an Annie's pretzel! Damn shame.?

Horrible product, even worse customer service. I purchased hotdog wraps and of the 8 pieces, 5 of them were missing the hotdog. The employee was rude and told me there was nothing she could do. She wouldn’t give me a contact number for her manager. Didn’t offer any solution. Don’t buy from this store.

I am currently at the location in Governor's Square Mall. I was refused service at the counter by three employees who totally ignored me. I asked one young man if they were too busy for a customer who then walked away on a break (maybe). The other two employees never responded and continued to ignore me. I walked away. Beware, you might get the same treatment.
